I do NOT recommend this company. I told them something was chewing inside my ceiling. They gave me a quote to have tech investigate and make recommendations and said that amt would b applied to any services recommended. Tech was fantastic. Came on time. Thorough and said had to be mice and recommended mouse treatment. BUT apparently the chg for that svc did not apply to the tech fee. It would b in addition to it! Apparently mice r pests not wildlife??? What? After a few conversations they agreed to apply tech fee to the mouse treatment and we made appt for them to come back a few days later. NO ONE SHOWED! NO PHONE CALL! I called to find out where they were and they claimed tech was ill and they had called me. My phone was on. Ringer on. No record of any phone call. So. This is 2 diff companies. One wildlife and one pest control and even though van states all of it…. diff charges apply dep on what THEY consider to be wildlife and pests and they do not explain this when booking to have tech come out to assess.
Edit,… I am most certainly not confused. U might want to speak with your ladies on the phones. These were exact sequence of events. When no one showed up or called on day of mouse service I called and they offered to reschedule. Due to the above issues I chose NOT to reschedule.
After discovering a live water snake in my basement caught in a mouse trap, I called two different pest control companies for an urgent removal, but they only promised that someone would call me back for a quote. On my third attempt, I called ICE Pest Control & Wildlife Removal and after explaining the urgency of my request they confirmed that their technicians would be at my house within 15 minutes. They promptly arrived by the time promised, successfully removed the snake and released it in a ravine behind my house. In addition, they performed a thorough inspection and plugged two holes with silicone. The whole process was handled in a fast and professional manner. Keep up the great work guys!
ICE Pest Control and Wildlife removed thousands of bees from a chimney of the house. They had to access it from the exterior and we were very concerned about the brick as this is a heritage home. They did a fantastic job and were friendly and professional, even when they were being stung multiple times. (I would have not been as professional haha) They cleaned everything up (including the bricks covered in honey) when they left and even found those little honey makers a new home. Muhammad was incredible! Full stop. One of our roommates had been reacting to some sort of bite and we had Muhammad come in to check and see if there were bed bugs. He came in as soon as he could and checked all our beds, couches, chairs, and pretty much any furniture item with fabric. He inspected each item so thoroughly (with meticulous detail) with his gear and found the mother bed bug on our couch. He told us that the situation was not good, but that we would not need to leave our house or burn any furniture (which we had jumped to thinking we might have to do as people with very little bed bug knowledge). We were very lucky that there were no bugs on our beds and he said we wouldn’t need to throw anything out or leave the house. He was very patient and reassured that bed bugs are normal, that we were not to blame, and that the situation was going to be okay. We had been very disturbed by the bed bugs and felt very uncomfortable for a while, but Muhammad answered all our questions, was available to talk if we needed it, and calmed our nerves with education on bed bugs and providing us with steps to clean our house and a list of preventative steps to avoid this problem in the future. After he had spent an entire day working on the extermination process he cleaned our beds, our couches, and our carpet so well–they were basically new! He showed us and explained the preventative measures he placed on our beds and couches so we’d feel safe going forward. He also came back 10-ish days later to check to make sure the bugs were definitely gone and they were! He said he’d be willing to come back and check again, but we felt that wasn’t necessary. Overall, we could not recommend Muhammad’s services enough. He was kind, gentle, patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Most of all, the bugs are gone! Yay!
I am beyond thrilled with the service provided by Pest Solution Services! I woke up with bites and couldn’t figure out what they were. Muhammad was very patient over the phone and didn’t immediately assume it was bedbugs. He took the time to ask me questions and didn’t push me to get anything done until he was sure what the issue was. His knowledge and patience was incredible. When he came to inspect my home he was very thorough and also very kind. He made me feel better about my situation as it can be very upsetting. He showed up in an un-marked van as to not alert the neighbours to my issues, which was very comforting. I was very impressed by the amount of time he took on my home. He worked diligently until everything was clean. My home has never felt better and I am now bedbug free thanks to him. I can’t recommend Pest Solution Services enough! His knowledge as a entomologist was very impressive and he was able to tell me where my issue started and how long it had been going on. 100% go with him!!
If in doubt, call Muhammad. I was panicked this week, convinced we had bed bugs since my child was definitely getting bitten by something in his bed, but I couldn’t find a trace of bed bugs. Muhammad came over that same evening that I called, which was amazing. He carefully looked at all of our beds and couches. He found no trace of bed bugs but he did find a few carpet beetle larvae – which, as it turns out, my son is one of the few people that have reactions to this fairly common household pest! Muhammad helpfully explained what they are, what to do to prevent them and was just really lovely overall, non judgemental, helpful and super knowledgeable. I am SO glad that I called him and highly recommend his services.

The owner Mo came and did an extensive and superb job in protecting one corner of my home from ongoing nesting by squirrels. Mo is an excellent hard worker who knows his stuff. Extremely reasonable pricing, will get him back later to do all the caps on my vents from raccoons entering through the roof. Highly professional and skilled; highly recommend this company. Also, the receptionist/secretary Kay is extremely professional and efficient. Vety pleased I found this company.
I had a raccoon problem under my deck this Spring. Mo, the owner, responded quickly to my call and was available the next day. He was very friendly, accommodating and professional. He assessed the situation by blocking the entrance around the deck and went above and beyond to solve the raccoon issue. I would recommend Kia Pest Control and Mo 100%.

Suspected bedbugs caused me to go down the rabbit hole. I spent countless hours researching bedbugs as well as extermination companies. I had more than one inspection done, had been in contact with the highest rated companies, having had multiple communications and interactions with them. It was only when I contacted Aidan (the business owner), that my stress levels were reduced and I knew that the bedbug mystery would be solved one way or the other. In terms of honesty, accountability, transparency, quotes, methods, Bed Bug Heat Relief is second to none. Other companies quoted me for a heat treatment (only to find out they don’t actually heat the entire house but spot treat), use pesticides that should no longer be used as there are safer and better alternatives/methods, performed less than thorough inspections for a fee, were sorely lacking in responsiveness, and were going to go ahead with treating the house with no evidence of bedbugs found. Aidan’s communication and responsiveness were exceptional. He came out to the house, free of charge, and performed a very thorough inspection. Bedbugs were not found and our house was given the all-clear. Through this experience, especially reading online forums on the topic, I really feel for people dealing with this issue that affects one’s psychological well-being. I only wish I had contacted Aidan from the start. His honesty and high level of professionalism are unmatched. I hope I never have to call him again, but if I ever have another suspected bedbug situation, Bed Bug Heat Relief will be the first and only company I contact. I really appreciate that Aidan has compassion for those dealing with bedbugs or suspected bedbugs and does not prey on people’s vulnerabilities and fears. He will not try to upsell you or treat your home unnecessarily unless he finds evidence of bedbugs. I only wish all companies and small businesses had business owners like Aidan. In the end, I’m sorry I couldn’t give him my business (though relieved we don’t have bedbugs), because he earned my business and trust. Thank you Aidan and I wish your business continued success. I had a very bad experience with another bed bug heat treatment company who charged my family and I close to $4,000. The bugs still remained and seemed to get worse after the treatment. They gave me a load of excuses of why they weren’t coming back. After seeing the reviews from heat relief i decided to fork out 2k to get it done. Half the price and the extermination has worked.
Be careful with some of these exterminators charging way too much with no remorse. wish i found these guys first. they deserve all the recognition and I recommend going with these guys first so you don’t end up completely broke like I am now!!

BUYER BEWARE: “WARRANTY” MISLEADING
I had (still have) a silverfish infestation in my home, and I decided to call Abell Pest Control to help me get rid of them. During my initial consultation, I was informed that I would have a one-year warranty after my final treatment, where I could call Abell in for additional treatments if the infestation continued. This sounded great, and we opted for the 3 treatment package for the year. However, after all treatments were done, it was clear that they didn’t work as advertised.
When I contacted Abell Pest Control to schedule an additional treatment as per the “warranty”, I was told by a customer representative that I needed to call in-between treatments during the course if I needed additional treatment, not after the final one. This was very frustrating to hear, as I would have called Abell in for service every other week if it was communicated that this is how the “warranty” worked. Actually, I’d have called in every week!
Although the technician was professional, overall I am extremely upset with being misled regarding the “warranty” and effectiveness of the treatments, plus the hundreds of dollars spent, which has left me with a persistent silverfish problem in my home.
I will not recommend Abell Pest Control.
Yesterday April the 15th Richard was scheduled to visit my home for an assessment between the hours of 10am and 2pm. However, at approximately 8:15 am Richard called and told me he is ahead of schedule. In addition, he could be at my home as early as 9am. I really appreciated Richard calling before coming to my home. Richard did the assessment and was very straight forward and transparent with the work to be done and with the pricing….Today Richard was scheduled at 2:15pm. However, he notified me that he would be in before this time (at or before 1:30pm). Richard was very professional throughout, timely and knew what he was doing ( very prompt and efficient ). Thank you Richard.

We’ve had a silverfish issue for more than a year now and have been using abell pest control for about a year now. The silverfish problem is much better but still a problem. Additionally we have an ant issue. And they’ve helped us get rid of carpenter wasps – very grateful for that.
Every month Abell comes by, sprays their solution along the edges of the interior walls and that’s that. No idea how to actually stop these bug issues, it it’s more of a temporary solution than permanent. I’m just tired of having to keep moving my furniture away from walls every month

Qasim came to my daughter’s house which had mice problems. He was very patient, explained in detail the process, answered the questions, checked, and treated the house well. It couldn’t be done better. Even after treatment he has been answering our questions patiently. I have recommended him to two relatives as well.

Ahmad came this week to refill our mouse bait stations. I have been dealing with Maple for the past 3-4 years and Ahmad is the one who comes every year & he is AWESOME! So professional, kind and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about his service. Last year he took the time to walk about the house with me to determine problem areas and answered any questions I had. He remembered me as a customer too and was super friendly. He took the time to call before he came and remembered the house and our problem areas. To me remembering your customers is such a positive. Ahmed arrived early and was a professional from the first minute. He inspected my home, and began to explain what the issues might be, He went about his business, in a very expedient manner, and he was very respectful to my home. After he was finished, he explained, thoroughly, what was wrong and what he did to remedy the problem.
As well, he made mention that his work was complete, also with a six month warranty. A very pleasant experience for an uncomfortable situation.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I found that a nest had hatched somewhere in my house and I had baby spiders in my room and on my ceiling. I couldn’t sleep ! The next day I called Pest Protection Puls and they came out the following morning at 8:30. They sprayed the whole intererior and exterior of my house and the service I chose is covered by a 6 month guarantee. Ben, the owner, was so polite and friendly. For the last 2 years I’ve suffered from this stressful condition to see the back yard lawn damaged and drilled with anonymous animal. I tried everything Wildlife friendly to get rid of this unbearable situation but zero results.

We had an ant issue and honestly, Felix was SO HELPFUL. I highly recommend!! he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions that I had, and there was a lot. Super patient with me too. I told him I had kids and he recommended we stay out the house for 24 hours because she was 3yo, the other companies that I called didn’t provide this recommendation. They sent a PDF of all the steps to take to prep the house for them. I read it but as I was cleaning I had more questions, called Felix and he was really helpful.
Day of service, my husband was there and it happened to be Felix that serviced us. Even my husband said he was helpful, nice and knowledgeable about these pest.
Highly recommend!
Felix is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain everything, to ensure you are comfortable before and after service. He is very kind and honest about all his services and I have used his services multiple times. Prices are very fair and he does a great job. Would highly recommend speaking to him if you are considering any service.
