I was ghosted by this company, twice. I had a tech come out to our home who seemed very knowledgeable and thorough and offered some good advice. He sent me an agreement to do some work on the house to prevent bugs and animals from getting in, which I signed and sent back. A month or two later, we had a rodent in another property, so I called to follow up and book an appointment for the other property. I was assured that the work was going to be done on our home, they were waiting until a nesting window closed to get started. Another tech came out and set up a few traps in our other property, and declined to look at potential locations that the rodents may have gotten in. He said he would follow up in two weeks, but I never heard from either of them again.
After two visits, we ended up finding the mice nest in the backyard ourselves, not sure if these companies can do anything that a visit to Home Depot and a thorough investigation by the home owners can’t! Their poisons are nothing better than the commercial ones sold at the store because the mice in our property could live with it for weeks. My recommendation: just look for any hole or gap in your walls and floors inside and outside of the premise, buy some poison from the store and try to eliminate the places they can hide/live.
If you have ants, get these guys in right away! Incredibly impressed with how quickly they solved the ant problem we were having. Plus, they were super knowledgeable about ants (which was fascinating, and reassuring)!

Paul came and helped me out when I was frantic with stress about bedbugs. He was super thorough and helped me be much more comfortable with the situation. He took care of the problem and I haven’t seen a bedbug since. He also helped the apartments around me out. He offered his guarantee, but I didn’t need it.
Paul was a great guy, same day service and rats are all gone.
