My parents had an issue with mice and I tried to resolve it on my own, but finally reconciled I needed to call in some help for our peace of mind. Many of the companies I contacted were rude, aggressive, not helpful, and refused to speak in English or have English on their sites which is incredibly disrespectful.
Kevin at Avalanche Extermination was the complete opposite- friendly, polite, funny, knowledgeable and sympathetic, he helped when the others didn’t. This is a local family-run business, which immediately attracted me over the other the multi-million companies.
He gave me a time frame when he would arrive, and then called with updates when he was a bit delayed. Kevin was prompt, polite and efficient and we saw benefits right away. He was incredibly respectful to my parents which meant the world to me.
His products are safe for humans and animals (except mice), subtle, and environmentally-friendly, and his site is perfectly bilingual- really says a lot about his priorities and values. I would strongly recommend Avalanche Extermination- they gave my family peace of mind, and were incredible to work with- thank you.
Kevin and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. They are always willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and why, which is very reassuring for homeowners that don’t know much about pests except that they want them gone.
We have a 1-year contract with Avalanche, but to stay on top of the problem they have been willing to make site visits far more often than they are obliged to. Each time, they respond quickly to our request and arrive promptly at the scheduled time.
I hope that I don’t need a pest control company too often, but any time that I do, I’ll certainly give Kevin and his team a call. Thank you for the fantastic service!
Sent e-mail on Sunday night and they were here the next day. Had wasp nest in my basement and Kevin did an awesome job removing it. SUPER EXCEPTIONAL service and very professional as well as a great personality and customer communication. Really recommend them.

Discovered a massive wasp nest this morning in one of my trees in the front yard. I called Bang Extermination and spoke with Patrick whom made an effort to squeeze me in same day despite having a busy schedule. A little after 4 hours later, the wasp nest was gone and dealt with. The price was very reasonable as well! Excellent service and would recommend!

They sent Wylex to come take care of a wasp nest we couldn’t see inside the wall which we were told to take care of quickly to void the wasps making a hole and come inside in the basement. The Wylex technician came one time for 10 minutes and caused about 120 wasps to panic into the house during the following 5 days and never responded to my calls after other than the first night where he said “I told you a few could be coming in with the panic”, to me 100+ is not A FEW. They seem to really want the problem to become an interior one and charge me more than the $488 supposed “guaranteed” service for the 10 minute visit. I had to go call a competitor since the wasps were simply going to the nest by an entrance less than a foot away from the first powder application. Complete waste of money and terrible service from Wylex.ca which was who they sent when I called.

Nous avions un nid de guepes et nous avons fait appel avec cette entreprise Dynamix extermination. Alors, lors de l’appel telephonique, le service a ete tres courtois et nous avons eu un rendez-vous le jour meme. Une fois sur place, Richard a pris le temps de repondre a nos questions et a effectue le travail rapidement.
Bref, je recommande cette entreprise sans hesitation!
Service impeccable de monsieur Richard Cadieux. Il s’est deplace jusqu’a Laval a 21h00. Vraiment a recommander. Le lendemain de sa visite, le rat etait deja capture. Il visite en plus gratuitement la batisse et donne des conseils pour isoler la maison des infestations des petits animaux.
J’ai fait affaire avec cette compagnie pour un traitement de fourmis j’ai payer le gros prix pour regle le probleme de facons definitive et rapid j’ai toujours mon probleme, la compagnie ne retourne pas les appels et repond au message au 2 ou 3 jours mauvais service apres vente!

Apres avoir examine le probleme ils ont dit qu’on avait un rat. En fait, c’etait un ecureuil qu’il y avait dans le sous-sol et nous l’avons capture nous meme. Remboursement partiel nous a ete propose mais jamais recu de visite ni d’appel a ce sujet. Apres plusieurs mois, laisse des messages sans suite. Non recommande !
Service apres vente absent. Aucun retour d’appel malgre plusieurs appels pour leur mentionner que le probleme etait toujours present. Je ne recommande pas malheureusement.
Tres gentil et competent.

J’avais un trouble de guepes en haut dma porte d’entree pis j’ai des enfants en bas age, bah c’est pas le fun non plus,
Pis les maudits spray vendu chez mon quincailler pour pas le nommer faisaient pas l’affaire, fallait jouer dans mes soffites.
Apres plusieurs appels, Radar, a ete les premiers a me retourner l’appel, Erik m’a fait une estimation sur place, le lendemain matin et donne un rendez-vous dans la meme semaine,
Entre temps, y’en a eu 3 qui m’ont fait un prix plus et moins cher, sans se deplacer par telephone
Ben content d’etre tombe sur eux.
C’est le fun qui disaient les pommiers et les pruniers mais ca attirent les guepes meme avec mon faux nid
