Rentokil promptly arranged service when we experienced evidence of rodent activity. Their representative reviewed our bait stations efficiently, refreshed and resupplied as appropriate and reported areas with no evidence of any rodent action. Interesting that insects can affect baits! Where we had had bait stations go missing ( my action in conjunction with other work in the home) they were reintroduced. All done efficiently, pleasantly and for a good price.

My experience with Khaled Bnayan was top notch. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful technician. He was friendly and professional the entire way through the process and continuously checked in with us on our process even after treatment of our home. Any questions or concerns were answered and always in a timely but prompt manner. He was very reassuring with me. I would highly suggest Rentokil to anyone.

I would definitely recommend this company. The service I received from your employee Mitchell Brown, was excellent. He was friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection, explained very well what he found and answered all my questions. He solved my problem and made sure all was looked after on the follow-up. Customer service, as most of us know, can be hard to find in today’s fast paced world. Mitchell is a valuable asset to your company and I am more than happy with the service provided.

Ryan (Quispamsis NB) has been extremely fantastic for us in our situation. He arrived early. Was very friendly, personable, helpful, caring and KNOWLEDGEABLE! He patiently answered all of our questions and came up with a plan that put our minds at ease. I don’t think it would be possible to have a better experience than we have had with Ryan. He’s the BEST!

Well I can’t say yet how effective they are as they were here earlier today. What I can say is the young man was on time as quoted and he was very professional , polite and gave me some helpful advice. He said if I had any issues to call and he’d be back to resolve any issue I have So I’m pleased overall so far!

Aaron was so awesome and professional. He came promptly and prepared within the time slot I was given. We asked for services to deal with carpenter ants however not only did he address this issue, he also addressed other insects that we noticed on our property, gave us lots of helpful advice and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and made us feel comfortable moving forward. He also ensured that our dog would be safe with the services that were being done.
