Requested quote and service through their website since I was contacting them outside of their normal business hours. Received a quick response the following day (Friday) and an appointment was made for Monday morning (I was unavailable Friday afternoon and they do not work weekends). Orkin Pro, Chris M, arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Wasp behaviour was as he explained it would be and, so far, the nest seems to have been eradicated. Price was fair and the warranty makes it worth it. Only drawback is their limited work hours, but our case was not time-sensitive, so it was fine. Highly recommend.
Have had 3 treatment for bed bugs and nothing has changed. The service technician has not been able to locate where they are or where they are coming from. Keeps doing the same thing that doesn’t work……my house is clean and tidy and ready for the technician everytime. Website says satisfaction guaranteed but I think not
Ian was great and i was very happy overall with everything. He was patient as i wasn’t prepared at all but he knew what he was doing and was super solid all around and worked with me to get the job done. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I definitely would recommend and use their services again forsure!

Seriously choose anywhere else. We made several appointments over multiple days and they just wouldn’t show up. They wouldn’t message or call us back to let us know why they didn’t show up.
We gave them multiple chances and let them know that we would make any time/ any day work and they still just wouldn’t show up.
So I’d definitely choose somewhere else if you have a pest problem.
Had a wasp nest and left a message with the secretary person. They called back within the day and agreed on a quote. He came, took care of the wasps nest, answered all my questions, charged me less than agreed upon as it was an easy job for them and promised to return if the wasps came back. Excellent experience
Amazing service! I called on a Friday and he came that same afternoon and took care of a wasps nest by my front door in sweltering heat!! I can’t thank him enough.
