Your driver who has company decals on his truck was driving like an idiot, in a residential area.

I would’ve been more than happy to retract my review if you reached out to me instead of attacking me saying I have a lot of 1 star reviews ; which I only have one, now two.

I also have a company truck which I was driving at the time, but I do the speed limit and respect the rules of the road which your company obviously has no consideration for.

We recently had City Wildlife Control come to our home to deal with a squirrel who had gotten into our attic. We spoke with Dan over the phone and he was courteous and went over and above to understand our squirrel problem and dispatched one of his team members promptly. Curtis arrived to our house and was extremely knowledgeable and polite and provided quick service. We are very happy with the service and price which was much more reasonable compared to quotes we had been given from other companies. We would highly recommend City Wildlife Control and would definitely use them again.

They do not value their customers’ time and show absolutely no respect. It’s horrendous trying to schedule anything with them. They wouldn’t give you a concrete timeframe for when they would come, and would make you wait day after day without showing up. They would straight make up lies if you tried to confront them about it. This is not a trustworthy business, and its owner Dan is dishonest, disrespectful, and unprofessional with their customer. Save yourself some time and headache, and avoid this business.
