Reasonably priced and they honor their warranty period. They have caught five moles in my back yard and have come back several times where they priced me for two trips. They keep coming back and they keep catching more. Maybe my property is hard as it backs on to a forest but can only give 4 stars since the moles keep coming back within weeks of them removing the traps. I dont think I can blame holey moley for that though…. If there isn’t an endless supply of moles where you are this should company should work at a good price. For me I will try something else like grub killer to get rid of their food. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Holy Moly last year when our yard was under siege by moles. They responded promptly and professionally explaining how their service worked. Fortunately the traps caught the mole pretty quickly! Later in the season when the moles returned Holy Moly returned and set new traps with quick success again! So this year, when evidence of moles appeared again I didn’t hesitate to call them again. Kim who comes to check the traps is very efficient and friendly. A pleasure to see even if it’s for a dirty job!! My parents live nearby and also use Holy Moly and have had success every time! I highly recommend this company. Well worth the money!
Paul did an initial exterior treatment to prevent ants back in May before ‘ant’ season. Yesterday I had a couple of small ‘ant eruptions’ at the corner of the back of my home and on my walkway patio stones. Messaged Paul this am and he came just past 1 and respirated those areas – no charge!! Surprised and super impressed. I asked questions about the wee flying beasties and he was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend Holey Moley.

I was waiting to write this review. I had a mouse(mice) issue and called another company. Within two weeks, the numbers/sightings/droppings of the mice had increased significantly. I knew I had to go in a different direction and came across Jason @ Canadian Pest Control.
Jason came the same day to assess the problem. He assured me he would be able to take care of it. He showed me that the bait of the other company was not being consumed which explained why the mice were increasing. He found 3 exterior holes that the other company did not find and sealed them. He was willing to seal all interior holes and sealed those too. He comes every 2 weeks to check on his bait and adjust the plan of action if necessary.
Within 3 weeks, there was a difference and I would say around the 6 week mark there was no more sightings/droppings/etc. It has been over 2 weeks since something has been seen or heard from and we are confident the issue will be resolved if it has not been so already.
If you have a mouse issue, I can recommend Jason. Allow yourself some patience because at times you have to adjust the plan of action and it can be a 3 month process.
Most importantly, he is a nice guy to deal with and patient with his customers. Old school Canadiana service. Well Done!
We found a wasp nest in our retaining wall in our garden, days before we were having a large party in our yard.
I called Jason and he came that very afternoon and sprayed the area.
He watched the activity of the wasps and determined we had a bigger problem-a huge nest that needed removing. He really invested time and energy fixing what he could find and ensured us that he guaranteed his work and would continue to treat until we solved the problem. He honoured his word, and was so pleasant and knowledgeable to work with, even returning the day of the party to ensure we would be wasp free. I’m happy to report our party of 60 people was a great success and there were no wasps in sight!
We highly recommend this company and will contact them again next year before the wasps get going.

Jason is not only incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he is also extremely personable. He took the time to explain in depth the steps to his treatment plan to us and had no problem answering the numerous questions we had for him, which helped us feel a lot better about the situation. We contacted him about a severe mice infestation that originated in the garage and soon spread to the house. Within 2 weeks, the situation was under control, and by week 4, there was no activity whatsoever. I highly recommend Jason and Canadian Pest Control for any pest control needs.

I find it strange that there is only one fairly recent review considering the mouse infestations everywhere this year. Joe is quick to respond to get the business in my opinion. After that it is difficult to get follow through and follow up. The communication and inaction was our biggest frustration with Dallas. Often Dallas and Joe’s reasons for not attending when they had said they would often conflicted. The final straw was when Dallas kept making promises to come by and in the end ghosting us. Luckily we are retired, but the last instance last week saw us hanging around home for two days waiting for Dallas to come when he never intended to show up at all. Who does that? So yes, we still have a mouse problem, even with their six month warranty, which they didn’t honour either. Yeah, they say that it’s our neighbour’s who are causing the problem, but that wasn’t written anywhere on their warranty that there were exceptions. We are taking on the task ourselves now, don’t bother with this company, do your own thing with poison from Rona.
I had a mice infestation a while back and needed assistance ASAP. Joe was very responsive and sent a specialist out to come and review my situation very quickly. It took a while to really get all the mice out of the home as I also needed cooperation from my tenants living there to work with me and keep their spaces clean & tidy. However, Joe and team did an excellent job and came by often enough to ensure there was enough bait and no new openings/holes were letting mice in. It has been quite some time now and there has been no mice in sight. I would seek assistance from the company if I had a similar issue again and would 100% recommend Joe and his company to anyone dealing with mice or pest issues in general. He is transparent with the entire process and pricing, and is very responsive (which lots of other companies lack).
I paid 500$ for squirrel removal with 3-month service. I am VERY VERY disappointed. First, you never get a hold of the guy when you call. Second and more serious, they refused to take responsibility for not being able to control entry of squirrel. They said it’s not their responsibility to find the entry point. I kept wondering why am I then paying 500$ for? Always avoid this company.

We made sure all the entry points whatever your “reputable” company identified (in their quotation) were sealed professionally. Your technician already acknowledged that and didn’t find a single issue. Now, if the “reputable” company missed something, that is an issue with the company (that you endorsed).

We had a recurring issue with mice in our crawl space which was frustrating us. Our home remedies weren’t working. Ryan from Silver Creek blocked the entries to the area and told us what to watch for. The problem was solved and has not come back. We were extremely happy with the work and would highly recommend this firm.
Professional, knowledgeable and extremely competent! I would highly recommend Silver Creek to anyone looking to actually solve their pest/wildlife problem and avoid the seemingly typical industry practices of trying to lock a customer into a never ending cycle of spending money (by throwing down poison for instance).
