I was very pleased with how informative their emails were in response to my initial enquiry and questions. Their emails were professional and went the extra mile to provide me with reassurance and specifc details. However, they didn’t respond promptly. I didn’t receive a response until the next day. Their pricing was competitive and they were able to book an inspection for the following day which was much faster than the competition. However, the only reason I didn’t retain their services was because they didn’t offer a warranty that the pests wouldn’t return within a specific timeframe (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, etc) and the other company did; however, they were my 2nd choice if the first company fell through. I would definitely consider using them in the future.
I had a wasp/hornets nests right above my front door, going into the brick. I tried taking care of it with over the counter sprays and foams, but with no luck. They kept coming back. Andy’s prices are very reasonable, they were able to schedule an appointment within a couple days of me calling and the problem has been completely eradicated. They are professional, timely and affordable. I highly recommend this company
Everyone from Sarah who answers your call, to the technicians like Matt who come to your house, are incredibly responsive and professional. We’ve been dealing with some yellow jackets and anytime I’ve ever called, Andy’s Pest Control often responds the same day. Their service is not only exceptional, but also quite affordable. I highly recommended!

Absolute professionals. Know they’re doing and handle it based on the client request. For instance my landlord is the client and for literal years, Andy’s has offered a solution that my landlord has ignored for a short term fix. But even then Andy’s comes in clutch with a really decent fix that lasts until we re-up. They’re honest and effective the whole way through.
They responded to my emails quickly and the young man who came out to do the treatment was very friendly and thorough. My ant problem seems to be gone and they’ve provided a warranty for their work. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Have used miller for over a decade.
Last year we used them to control Flys and wasps and hornets. Still had Flys in office although reduced but wasps and hornets in another building they sprayed for were not affected. Still over run with them. Like their product didn’t work. Explained to thier woman on the phone and she only was interested in getting paid. Totally uninterested in our issue. I don’t know if she passed this on but we paid them and got no follow up call regarding my issue. Won’t use them again.
If you’re looking for pest control, this is the company for you! Extremely friendly (my dogs new bff), family run, great communication and happy to explain things to you! I’m really happy I had their help with our pest problems
Mike Miller is rude and insensitive to the customers who are feeling awful, fearful and quite frankly shameful about being infested with any form of bugs.
