This place is fantastic. Unfortunately I have had a pretty pesky ant problem in my house. Luckily they have been localized to the kitchen only, and haven’t really traveled much from there. I don’t mind killing ants, but the problem was that no matter how many I killed, they kept coming back, in force. And they smell terrible! Well we called the bug man and one of their techs came out the same day and applied a spray throughout the house that has been extremely effective in killing the ants. About 3 weeks later however I notice a ton of ants moving about throughout the house in spots that weren’t sprayed.. smart little buggers. Anyway I made a call and within 10 minutes the same tech came out and sprayed again. Well guess what, these ants found ANOTHER spot to travel throughout the house, so I called again and the SAME tech came out again and sprayed every inch of the house. The tech is extremely friendly, and literally lives a block from my house. He has come over on his days off to help us and never charged us. Fantastic people. Keep up the good work and keep killing them bugs!!!
My wife and I are thoroughly happy with Bugman. Our experience goes back 10 years when Bruce and Richard Perrin were still running the company they founded. Quite aside from the regular treatments, there were several times when they went “over and beyond.” This included dealing with termites in very short order with Richard even making a quick dash back from the lower mainland especially to help us. More recently Lorne has been the one who comes to our house and the excellent service has continued under his watch. We feel most fortunate.

We were having problems with ants from a large fir tree. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I was confident with the service he was suggesting. He provided follow up and was adaptable when making appointment dates. The extermination was successful and Nicolas’ follow up treatments were timely.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. There is not enough room here for me to accurately describe how well Reid and his team have looked after me. I have used them twice for different issues. Both instances required follow ups and much communication.
Reid treated me and my family with patience while providing a great deal of information so I understood the process and what to expect as well as a lot of understanding and empathy for our situation.
Can Guard were not only the best priced, they were by far the most proactive and caring right from the start.
These guys are not only the best Pest Control company I’ve dealt with they are one the best companies I have EVER dealt with period. Reid and his team at Can Guard are professional, thorough, honest, great value, dependable and so so much more. I cannot recommend Can Guard enough.
Reid was able to come out to our rural property on short notice and deal with our ant and rodent issues. He sprayed the perimiter of our home for the ants and set us up with high quality tamper proof bait stations for our rodent problems. We found his annual fee to maintain and control the rodents was an extremely good value compared to the coast pricing. Will recommend Reid and CanGuard to anyone who is in need of Pest Control Services.
