I recently hired Pest Control Center to address a pest issue in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
AJ was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, thoroughly inspected my home, and explained the treatment plan in detail. His expertise was evident, and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity.
The actual extermination process was efficient and effective. AJ took great care to ensure that the treatments were safe for my family and pet, which I really appreciated. Within a few days, I noticed a significant reduction in the pest activity, and now, a few weeks later, the problem has been completely resolved.
In addition to their excellent service, the pricing was very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees. Pest Control Center provided great value for the money.

Moving to Ottawa from my cockroach infested Toronto apartment. I called Ottawa pest controls and asked if they could just do my objects, and this is the ONLY PLACE that said they can do the uhaul truck. Immediate green flag. I was thorough with all my stuff but got the truck fumigated anyway, left it overnight, and sure enough the next day I saw a dead cockroach! Everything in the truck smelled so clean and felt clean (and slightly slippery). They also did preventative measures on the shed I’m storing all my stuff in. PLUS a warranty, for in case they came back they’d do a free treatment on the entire house.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They picked up every time I had a question (during business hours) and were extremely helpful and knew what they were doing. Amazing experience after the “pest control” in Toronto which was only 2 traps and nothing else.
Edit: my only regret is that I couldn’t say goodbye and thank the guy because I took my dog for a walk! So THANK YOU!
I have had a bird mite infestation in my hood vent above my stove due to nesting blackbirds. I called this company and they came right away to treat the area. They assured me that after three weeks the problem would be gone. I paid over $655 dollars. I got an Hvac company to come clean my ductwork and a wildlife company to remove the nest and seal the vent. There treatment did absolutely nothing and a month later I called back. They sent another technician who sprayed again. It’s been two months and I still have the infestation. When I called the company to request a refund they said they don’t do refunds but instead can come back and treat my house with a new spore fungal treatment. They are very incompetent and don’t know what they are doing. I believe they actually are not treating the infestation. Don’t use this company. Expensive and don’t understand how to properly treat.

I hired them in January 2024. I got a quote for isolating the house by closing all possible entry points.
They came about a week later and did the job.
After the job is complete, they ask you to wait 3 months for the mices to leave the house. You can install traps yourself if you want. I didn’t.
3 months later I went for a trip and when I returned there were mice feces everywhere. I contacted them about and the next day they were at my house. They found another possible entry point and closed it free of charge.
Because I wasn’t willing to wait another 3 months to see if it would work, they installed traps (free of charge again) and I haven’t seen mices ever since.
Time will tell if the house is properly sealed and future proofed.
I absolutely recommend the company. They are amazing and customer support was second to none.
2 things I would love to see changed: not charging for the quote and giving the option of mice traps during the quote process. Besides that, amazing company to deal with.
Sean was very detail oriented and informative; the overall price of over $9K was a bit of a surprise. Hopefully you will complete the job in the same efficient manner.
The job took longer than expected. However I understand there were supply problems on the first day. They managed to finish the job at 8:30pm on Wednesday. I had a neighbour lock the house up for me as I had a previous engagement. The guys did a “not bad” job of cleaning up the mess caused by the old insulation. The guys were courteous and friendly at all times. I have no complaints as to their conduct. I can’t comment on the quality of their work as I have problems getting into the attic to check…. they certainly appeared thorough…..only time will tell.
Get ‘Em Out has become a close partner to us as their services intertwine with our services. They have allowed us to conduct repairs for them post racoon, mice invasions.
We are very thankful / blessed to have found them and would highly recommend them – their professionalism is top-notch.

I found a wasp nest under the siding, next to the porch door. Called Pest Patrol first thing in the morning and had a technician arrive within a couple of hours! I really appreciated the speedy service right before the weekend and a fantastic technician who was kind, patient, skilled and very knowledgeable. They stand by their work and left clear instructions on what to watch for and what to do if I see more wasps in the same area. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend this business. Found pest patrol on google. Called in and Edan received my call. He listened carefully as I explained my pest issue. He was able to point out the source of the issue, which is seasonal, and the pest will vanish in due time. Since the pests are few in number he recommended I give it time and did not charge for this information. I gave 5 starts for great customer service unbiased advice.
A complete waste of money. Edan came to my house 3 times to remove birds from a vent, charged me $400, and failed each and every time. The next day there were still birds in the vent. In the end I had to pay someone else to solve the problem. They did it right the first time. Edan is incompetent and unprofessional. Stay clear if you want the job done right.

We signed up with Insight a few months ago, and we are very happy so far. The technicians have been to our place a few times, and every visit has been top-notch. They really take their time, explaining everything and pointing out problem areas we hadn’t even noticed.
Adam and Dawson, in particular, genuinely seem to care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure we’re well-informed and satisfied. We always feel like a weight is lifted when they leave, knowing our home is well taken care of.

JESSE Ubdegrove is amazing. He is thoughtful and caring about our issues. He always comes with a smile and is extremely knowledgeable about the products. He comes to our place and he remembers our issues and is always providing advice.
Insight as a company is great, we have not had any issues with the services, I think that is mainly due to our experience with Jesse.
One draw back is most return for services is 2 weeks booked. I understand they are busy, but sometimes I would like to rebook sooner, although this is a minor gripe.
I’ve had Insight pest solutions come quarterly for a year now and am very pleased with the service. What they’re doing has significantly reduced the mice problem I had in my garage and shed. All of the technicians have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Today Kareem came and again super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Keep up the great work

Hypothetically.
What if I filled a spray can with a mixture of my urine and some water.
Then, went to your house and sprayed the foundation, around the windows and your doors, and your tools.
Then went inside your house and sprayed a few places inside bedroom, kitchen, and living room without your knowledge or permission.
And not tell you exactly where I sprayed in your house.
Then a week later told you what I had done.
And when you complained about it.
I would say.
Oh, sorry I got the wrong address.
But don’t worry, urine is perfectly safe, just wash everything with soap and water.
It will all go away in about 3 months anyways.
How comfortable would your nice home feel, while eating and sleeping?
And knowing that you had been sitting in and eating my perfectly safe urine for a week without being told.
You could not live in your home knowing my urine was everywhere and you would have to clean everything inside and out before you felt comfortable again.
And even then, the psychological effect would stay with you for a long time.
I of course would never, ever subject anyone to such a cruel inhumane ordeal.
But that’s exactly what they did to me.
They came to the wrong address!!!
They came to my home, uninvited and unannounced.
Then poisoned my environment and me personally since my negative pressure vetalation system was on, sucking the air through my house from every window.
They left a paper at an unused basement door covered in red tape, I found the note a week later.
The note had no contact information, it just said that they sprayed with poison and to not touch anything until it dried.
I awoke with a bad taste in my mouth and I had a soar throat for several days.
They ruined my ability to live in my house comfortably, forced me to spend months cleaning my home, and to live with the psychological effects for months, if not years.
Their response to this inhumane intrusion, was to tell me to wash everything with soap and water.
And to make sure I disposed of my cleaning materials safely and according to local bylaws for toxic materials.
And not to worry, it will dissipate in 3 months.
These people may be polite to your face, but they are far from professional, or qualified to spray poison.
They treated spraying the wrong address as if it was a pizza.
And refused to take responsibility for my ordeal.
They are not to be trusted.
They should not have a license to handle dangerous chemicals.
They convinced themselves that the poison is safe for so long, that they are careless and dangerous.
It’s just luck, that that there were no newborn babies under those open windows they sprayed.
Call them at your own risk.
I am going to make a complaint at the BBB, and take legal action for some sort of compensation for my horrific ordeal.
Since I have to sanitize my entire house, and that’ll take months.
From the response I got from these guys it’s obvious that they don’t take responsibility for anything.
Making them in my books unethical, unprofessional, unreliable and NOT
TRUSTWORTHY..
Update
I take great pleasure in my flowers, and every year in watching all the pollinators like bees and hummingbirds.
Since they sprayed, there’s a dead zone of about 50 feet or more around my house.
I think I’ve seen 1 or 2 bumblebees, there’s usually hundreds of pollinators going to my flowers.
Right now my house is like a city house, a dead zone, almost no insect life, they’re avoiding my house, and flowers.
And we wonder why the planet is dying.
I have not seen a single honey bee, yet I’ve been seeing more and more every year, since I’ve been planting more bee friendly flowers.
NOT THIS YEAR!!
Maxime, the technician with CPO, did an absolutely excellent job. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and definitely cared for the wellbeing of the raccoon family that moved into my attic. He removed them humanely, ensured that they couldn’t get back in and relocated them. CPO delivers top-notch service. I highly recommend them.
Dominique, who treated my home was fantastic! He explained the whole process, gave me a report afterwards and I didn’t feel rushed when asking questions. He’s very professional and I’d recommend CPO to anyone who asked.
