Attempted to contact this company through their answering service as well as by email in total 6 times in the last week due to an emergency.
They may be busy but still have not responded, even just to acknowledge receipt of enquiry. In 2024 that’s unprofessional. Would have been great to utilize the thermal imaging tech they offer to assess a multi story condo building but someone else will get the contract.

We called Terry for advice with respect to a bed bug issue in a family member’s housing and the risk that would impose to others for an upcoming family gathering. Despite Terry realizing that this call would not lead to work for his business (family member living in another community) he graciously provided us with a full explanation of bed bug infestations, effectiveness of treatment options and patiently answered all of our questions. He provided clear advice on how to mitigate risk for our particular situation. We really appreciated the advice and the time he took talking to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Terry should we require the services of a pest control professional.
