This will be our second time using Pro-X pest control services and I can’t say enough good things about them. When we first moved to our house, we were concerned by a few ants in our kitchen and Mike came and put our minds at ease while also spraying for other critters (centipedes, spiders, etc.) that may annoy us later. Mike is such a ray of sunshine, with a real passion for his craft, we were beyond pleased with him and his services. We were so happy we saved his contact info just in case we need them again.
Yesterday we arrived back after a week at the cottage and found some very small mouse droppings in our basement. We knew who to call and so glad we did! Dennis (a Pro-X exterminator) came the very next day and was so quick in finding the entry hole and sealing it all up, I couldn’t be more thankful. He checked so thoroughly around our house that I feel I can rest easy now. Thank you Dennis for the preventative measures too like the poison in the attic and in the sheds. I HIGHLY recommend you give Pro-X pest services a call if you have any sort of pest problem! They are the only guys I trust and have found to be so thorough, professional and kind! I’m very thankful that businesses like this are still around – honest and genuinely caring about their customers.
I had recently purchased my first home. Unfortunately we found out after the fact we had an Pharoah ant problem and a wasps nest problem. Mike responded to me right away, I had called a few agencies that took days to call back that was not the case with Mike. Immediately he had Dennis call me, the same day I spoke to Dennis he was at my home addressing the wasp problem, Dennis even found an additional wasps nest in the back I wasn’t aware of. They addressed the Pharoah ant problem and he came back and provided a second treatment within two weeks. I can happily say both issues were resolved in a timely matter and completed with efficiency. I’m so gratefu, thank you Mike and Dennis.

I called Mike on the weekend for the enormous amount of bugs I was experiencing at my home near the lake. Not only was he responsive well on course bettering his profession, but he also arrived early to our appointment time that we had set.
Mike was able to provide proper education to me as a homeowner that would assist me in my needs for reducing and eliminating the amount of bugs I was experiencing when trying to enjoy the backyard at my home not only was he able to spray and basically eliminate my pest problem, but was also helpful in removing a new beehive that was starting to develop on my back deck.
Mike was professional courteous and genuinely cared about my bug related concerns! He was quick and efficient in spraying – didn’t take up too much of my time and followed up with me the next day to ensure that what he had done was sufficient!
I will absolutely be using his services on a yearly basis!!

Mike’s work was astonishingly effective and quick! He know’s his business extremely well! I sent Mike an email on a Monday and he responded same day. 4 other firms I contacted either didn’t respond, or responded they couldn’t help. Mike was able to meet on site to review the issue the next day, and after meeting and assessing, he immediately set up traps that day. When i asked when it might be rectified, he said probably by tomorrow, AND HE WAS TOTALLY ACCURATE! My entire issue was resolved in two days, and all I had to do was call him. Other people i contacted hadn’t even responded before Mike had completed the job! Very highly recommended, nobody better.

I had a great experience with Reliant. I had a wasp issue with two small kids next-door who play close to that area. I reached out to a few places; Reliant called me within 10 minutes of my requesting a quote. They were at the house 2 hours later. It doesn’t get much better than that!
The guys were professional and did a terrific job. I would absolutely call Reliant again!
Im extremely happy with the service from start to finish. I came back from vacation and found a wasp nest in the front door entrance to my home. I phoned and they responded right away and were even able to come same day to do the work. Very professional and explained the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future or recommend them.
I have nothing but good words for these guys. We had a raccoon issue in our attic and a contractor who showed up did an amazing job. The animals were led to leave the attic using the light equipment and the wire mesh was placed to cover the access point. I highly recommend them! Pricing was very fair, as well.
