I was initially skeptical of the full 5* rating I saw of Accord Pest control but I was in a tight spot and decided to just go for it.
I called Ashok one morning, and he responded and came to me within a few hours which I was incredibly grateful for. He explained to me how the issues I had originated, no thanks for previous occupants of my home. He was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted. His price point was pretty competitive too.
He was very professional answered my numerous questions patiently and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service from him.
He kept me up to date and was incredibly courteous. I cannot recommend him enough and thanks to his good work I am positive I will not need to see him again for the same issue (which is excellent news in this business)
I fully recommend and endorse Ashok and Accord pest control.
Had bird nests removed and mesh fan added last year and noticed this year the outside of the fans was not caulked with gaps around the outside. Not very good with final touches, not to mention the moisture form not being properly sealed. When asked about a 1 year warranty there is no warranty on the work even thought it was written on my invoice. Ashok came out anyway to have a look. Caulking and sealing the new mesh vent is not part of the job. When I asked more and questioned the work he became quite short tempered with finger pointing and shouting at me that I wasn’t listening and the birds won’t get back in. Very rude, and basically intimidated into accepting the job as is….sloppy and poor attention to detail. I won’t be using Accord Pest Control in the future.
This is the third time we’ve used Accord Pest Control and the results are the same everytime. He eliminates the invaders and makes sure you are 100 percent satisfied. We had an issue with a bad wasp nest forming underneath our lower deck and it was quite alarming watching literal dozens of them constantly coming in and out within a minute. Ashok meets with you, listens to your concerns and assesses the the situation to best come to a solution. Thank you sir, fantastic service and a safe return to our backyard to enjoy the rest of the summer pest free!

Quick, thorough and professional service from Ali and AM Pest Control to address raccoons in my attic. I called at 7am and they were so accommodating in offering same day service. The relief is immeasurable when dealing with a pest problem and Ali went above and beyond in coming to my home that day. AM Pest Control was upfront with cost and in constant contact in confirming my appointment and even as they were on their way to confirm ETA. He explained the problem and offered photos and videos he took so that I could see the damage done. They even came in the pouring rain to repair a vent on my roof. This company has been filling my bait traps for about 3 years now . I’ve had lots of rats and this company helps control them . Am Pest Control is from out of town and fill up my bait traps and they truly do work as the bait seems to empty very quickly but I see less rats. Great job. Thank you. Highly recommend.
I called AM pest control for my wasps infestation. Ali came in right on the time he said he would come. He explained politely and charged below other quotes i got. He treated it professionally.

Just had Saj come out to my house to deal with a mouse issue. He was thorough and informative. He was respectful inside and wore shoe protection, and was careful not to touch anything with his gloves and contaminate it.
We did a walk through of the inside and outside, deploying poison where necessary and he let me know how to prevent future infestations by fixing entry points. I knew of a few spots but he found some that I never even thought of. He was generous with the traps and poison, especially where the droppings were significant.
Price was way better than my other 2 quotes, warranty is really good, and service was great!
100% recommend to anyone.
We recently had Saj address a mouse issue at my house, and I must say, his service was amazing! Saj was not only very nice but also highly informative and patient throughout the process. He conducted a detailed walkthrough, identifying entry points I hadn’t even noticed, and provided invaluable advice for us to address the issue effectively. I’m hopeful that with Saj’s help, our mouse problem will be resolved soon!
I called North Star Pest Control to take care of a carpenter bee problem in our backyard. Saj was here the next day and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. I am thrilled with the service Global Shield Pest Control provided in a recent Bedbug treatment. It is surprising to find good customer service nowadays and cannot say enough good things about them. Nas was fantastic, answering all my questions and providing additional information to give me a very clear idea of what to expect throughout the process both during and after the treatment. I booked a visual inspection first followed with a treatment. They had an earlier opening and they were able to move our appointment up which I really appreciated. Nas was absolutely amazing, he was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond and I am very appreciative. I am very thankful to Global Shield Pest Control, it wasn’t a pleasant experience to find the pest but they truly made the best of a very unfortunate situation.
I could not be more please with the service I received from Global Shield Pest Control. We would see several spiders/millipedes a week. Since our home was sprayed, after approximately 2-3 weeks we have seen nothing!! Not one! We feel more comfortable in our own home, finally. They were kind, patient and very understanding of my needs (I had to cancel last minute). They rescheduled and worked around my super busy timetable.
