My 1st interaction with this company was very pleasant. The sales agent Arinze, was very professional and knowledgeable. To be honest I wasn’t going to sign up for the service at first, but his information kept me engaged and I began to see value.
When Bruce showed up to do the service he allowed me to show him around my property and point out the ant hot spots. Bruce spent a good amount of time inside and outside of my home applying the treatments. He was very pleasant.
I feel I got excellent value for my money so far. Hopefully the ants will disappear. If they don’t, I will take advantage of their guarantee and call them back.
The invoice emailed to me was detailed and professional. Very impressed!

I noticed a lot of wasp activity over the past week around two trees in my backyard and then discovered a large wasp nest in one of them. I called Insight and they sent the technician within hours of my call. Bruce was very professional and thorough. He sprayed the trees and removed the wasp nest we had found. He then thoroughly examined the other trees to ensure there were no other nests. He then performed inspections and nesting control for spiders, ants and rodents without being asked. I was extremely happy with the service and very relieved to be rid of the wasps so quickly!
We are very impressed with Bruce, the technician who performed our scheduled Insight Pest Solutions maintenance this morning. Bruce is thorough, polite, professional and respectful of our home. He patiently answered our questions and completed the service efficiently. He was a pleasure to deal with. We feel assured having the service to keep on top of any pest issues before they become a larger problem.

Very quick. I went online and filled out the request this morning at about 8:30. Had a call by 9:30 and the guy was able to fit me in this afternoon!! Very professional and explained everything. Guaranteed for a year and will come back to deal with other pests for no additional cost

They are very responsive to our calls, usually within 5-7 days. Methods are effective and so far, meets our expectations. It has only been a month so the final verdict will be in another couple of months.

We were with another company for many years before Jesse branched out on his own, and have had 0 regrets in leaving the previous company. Xavier was a life saver, I was away working, when my wife heard noises in the Attic, I contacted critters out, and they called to check
