We called for a hornets nest under our front step, they were able to come out within 2 days. Checked the site, confirmed where it was and treated it.
After a couple days we still noticed activity, so we called again and on the next business day they were back and treated it in a different way from the first at no extra charge. Since then, we havent seen a single hirnet.
We used them this pst season and they were great! We had an ant problem and had already used Orkin with no results. Adam’s addressed the issue inside a couple visits and left us traps just in case. 100% recommend.

Update August 2024.: True to their word Insight has come back to treat my ant hill 3 more times (They came any time I asked). The ants are pretty well gone. There were millions of them when we started and now, I hardly see any at all. I’m AMAZED!!! I tried everything over a 5 year period to try to treat this massive ant hill on my own and it just kept getting bigger. After Insight got involved, the problem has been solved. TEN STARS!!!!!!!

Over the years I have had the team come to my house for regular treatments for wasp/hornet/spider/ant control on the exterior of our homes. Guaranteed to work…have a problem with any of these pests around the outside of your home? One visit and the pests move on.
I had Bob out to our new place in Hanwell at the start of the month as we had a couple of wasp nests started at two different points in our roof line. Spray for pests…wasps left, no more evidence of nests starting! No ants or spiders…who doesn’t love not having to brush down spider webs around the windows and outdoor lights?!

Called Bob about a massive hornets nest that was inside a wall of our home that we couldn’t see and he was over within a couple hours to take care of the situation. He even guaranteed the work if it didn’t work the first time. Which it did. Would highly recommend his services.

These people are THE BEST! I filled out the questionnaire on their Google website and the next morning, they had contacted me wanting to help me with my beetle issue. That same afternoon, they were at my house doing the job! The results were basically immediate…within 24 hours, my beetle issue was no longer an issue…just a memory. Unbelievable service, fantastic pricing with incredibly nice people who want nothing more than to help you! These are my “GO TO’s”, if I ever have another issue like that one!
The three guys that arrived to our family cottage were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are quick at what they do and it works. Their service has significantly changed our summer. We can now enjoy our family cottage and spend time with family and friends. Can’t thank them enough and definitely getting an annual package for next year!
Jake and the gang are second to none when it comes to pest control on PEI, I’ve tried different companies until I stumbled onto Atlantic Bug Busters and let’s just say I won’t be going back to the other companies. Earwig spray was much better than in past years by another local company but we still were seeing a few earwigs inside (it rained unexpectedly the day we had the original spray) so Orkin came back a day after we contacted them to repray. Last year I contacted the local company to see if they could respray and never heard back. Would highly recommend Orkin!
I was very pleased with the service. Eldon, the pest control officer, came one day earlier than expected because luckily, he had some available time today. He came and got rid of a huge nest of pesky yellow-jackets in our chimney & in our house. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. I would recommend this service very highly indeed.

We live in a heritage home, well over 100 years old. With the an older home there are tiny opportunities presented for field mice to come in to overwinter. if i could give Justin a higher rating than 5 out of 5 I would! He has provided wonderful customer service by promptly returning calls for many years. He also took care of the mosquito spraying request for our cottage and surrounding cottages.

I was invaded over the weekend with ants and didn’t know what to do. I found Ternimix through a google search and filled out the free quote form. It was a long weekend so I didn’t hear from them until Tuesday but the lady I spoke to was very nice and informative. She explained the process and said she could have someone at my house by Thursday to spray inside and out. Price was reasonable and Tyler showed up early to spray and was done within a half an hour. He was friendly (even played with my dog a little) and answered all my questions. Very good experience and I highly recommend them.
John was extremely polite and communicated everything I needed to know about the whole process. He was extremely thorough checking everything that needed to be done and explaing what he was doi g and what to expect in the upcoming days to a 2 week period to months down the road. He also planned out his next steps moving forward. I was very impressed with everything. I can tell he realy loves what he does just by his Comunication to me and his thoroughness. This company was great right from the 1st call I made about what I thought was a wasp nest in the house. Kim from appointments was patient and understanding and got me an appointment the same day. Graham, the technician who came to the house was very polite and informative and after many attempts to agitate wasps, starting from where I saw them enter the basement from ceiling joists and Graham tried banging walls, floors and ceilings in basement, main floor and attic. No wasp sightings or even sounds of them anywhere. Could have just be scouts looking for a new home or possibly getting out of the extreme heat by resting under the siding and found a way in the house.
Bottom line, he was very professional, treated the house and gave me instructions in the event I see more wasps in the house.

We had some hornets or wasps nested in two exterior voids of our home. On the recommendation of a trusted friend, I called Orkin. They were able to send a specialist the very next day. Not only did he treat the two nests, but he found a third one, which he treated as well. 24 hours later, there are no longer any wasps/hornets going in and out of the nested areas. The specialist, Jonathan, worked quickly and efficiently. He was friendly, polite, helpful, and informative. I would definitely recommend Orkin!
This is my second time using them, first time was about 10 years ago at an apartment. Now a house. Breyden was so informative and reassuring that he would help us get our pest issue under control. He explained everything that he’d be doing and how it all worked. He seemed quite young, but I can tell he’s going to have a bright future with orkin. I have never written a review of any service I received for any purpose before this one. ABC Pest Services was so great I had to write this to share with others who are looking for pest control support.
It is impossible to say enough positive things about Rick and ABC Pest Services. They rank way above 5 out of 5 from my experience.
My family member who has challenges encountered a terrible bug problem in their apartment. Another company had begun to address the issue but the problem only seemed to get worse.
I had very good luck when I found ABC Pest Services and requested a consult and help.
Rick treats every pest control issue as if it was his own issue. He is available immediately, does an in-depth assessment of the living space or area needing attention, is clear about the concerns and how to address them. He is very clear about what is required and discourages any unnecessary steps or expenses his customers may suggest.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and does a really thorough job at a more than reasonable price.
He is patient, kind, generous with his time and goes more than the extra mile to help.
Sensitive to my family need for extra support, he provided hours of his time to ensure things got cleared away in the process of finalizing the treatment. And if that was not already above what anyone might expect… he noted a wobbly table that he fixed as well in the process. Just amazing and completely helpful with every aspect of the issue.
We have never experienced such a pleasant supportive professional person in this business.

I wish I could give a higher rating! I bought a 100 year old house late last year and very quickly realized there was an existing mouse problem. The issues were caused by a bunch of entry points around the house allowing access for them to come in. I had originally called another company to control the issue until the spring when I am able to do the exterior renovations to permanently solve the problem. Over the span of three months the problem got significantly worse and as nice and friendly as the other company was they were not catching any mice or even stopping them from entering the house. All that had been done was they put bait stations outside and traps inside the house and I was on a monthly plan with them. The problem got so bad I could hear them chewing in the walls… I called Joe from ABC Pest Services and he was not only able to come the next day but he made sure all of the access points were sealed up and completely eliminated the issue over night. He also made sure to only use poison in the crawl space to ensure my pets weren’t in danger of consuming it. I went from not being able to keep any food anywhere except my top cabinets to having absolutely zero issues. Joe wasn’t looking to just control the problem so I stayed a client for a longer time, he made sure to fix the issue permanently.
I genuinely cannot recommend them enough and if I ever have an issue again I won’t call anyone else.
