We were seeing carpenter ants indoors and outside our place due to some construction in our backyard. Tanveer came out and did a spray for both indoors and outdoors. We also got the smoking done for the spiders in our basement. It has been a month and I haven’t seen any carpenter ants, bugs or spiders indoors. We did see a reduction in carpenter ants outside; however, we were still seeing more than usual. Tanveer came out and did a follow up spray as part of the warranty work (no additional cost) this time with stronger medication to target the carpenter ants again outside. Since the follow up spray I have seen a significant decrease in carpenter ants outside as well. What I liked the most about his services was that his price was reasonable, he coordinated and was on time, seemed to use the latest equipment, and stood by the warranty of his work. Going forward we are planning to have Tanveer come out for a seasonal spray every year.
My experiences with them over the years has been good. All my questions are answered. On time which is important to me as Im the superintendent of a small apartment building in Hamilton.
I would gladly recommend them to other apartment building managers looking for a exterminator.

I spoke with Andrew at AR Pest Control. Not only was he friendly, affable, responsive, a good listener, and had great reccomendations for me prior to any spraying or further action, he offered very quickly some great life advice which helped me immensely. I am going through some difficult personal/family times and his candor and friendly demeanor was most welcomed. I highly recommend AR Pest Control to anybody and anyone having difficulties with these litttle insidious monsters (that being, the cockroaches).

Amazing service really. Neighbours had recommend them earlier because of a problems with bee hives, I needed the same.
Also later I had problems with animals gathering underneath a shed at my backyard. They really did a great job there, sealed it fully and told me to contact them again if I had any further issues there.
I would really recommend contacting them if you have any problems like these.

Excellent service, very professional company, I am extremely satisfied with their work. Tony and Alex provide great service, they came and inspected the roof from where the birds got in the attic,, sealed the place really well and gave me good advice on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Also their charges are very reasonable.

They were very professional, patient and friendly and provided all the answers to my questions. The plastic vent cover on the outside wall for my stove hood fell off and a couple birds got in there. They came got them out and sanitized it before replacing the cover they also put a mesh barrier over it as well for added protection and they do give you a receipt and warranty

I would highly recommend Pestend Pest Control. We had an exceptional experience with the technician Sajjad and the company overall. I say this because previously we had hired another company to come deal with the bed bug issue we had, it wasn’t even 3 weeks and those pesky bugs came back, all that money spent was a waste. We decided to hire Pestend and the experience was day and night compared to the other company. I regret not hiring Pestend from the very beginning. The communication and steps taken was beyond my expectation. I’m in day 14, no bites and no activity of any bed bugs. A second mandatory treatment has been completed and I feel relieved that I do not have to got through that nightmare I previously experienced. Pestend Pest Control Brampton for the win!
We used the services of Pestend Pest Control in Brampton for rodent issues.
Shiraz was dispatched to our house for the initial inspection and treatment.
He was very thorough with his inspection and provided us with detailed advice on how to stop mice from entering from the exterior of the house.
He continued with treatment by laying bait traps around the exterior perimeter of the house as well as in the problem areas inside the house.
It has been approximately a month since the initial treatment – and Shiraz has returned for the monthly maintenance of the bait traps.
So far all the mice issues have been resolved.
We truly appreciate the expertise and great customer care from Shiraz – and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!
I want to share my good experience with Mr. Sajjad’s pest control service at our restaurant. He was really professional and made the whole process easy. Mr. Sajjad knew a lot about dealing with pests, and after he helped us. He was also very nice and made sure everything was clean after he finished. Our technician for the roach spray was Kishan Patel. He shared a lot of information on what to expect after the spray and what steps to take next.
