Got pests!? Who ya gunna call!? Certainly Cranbrook Pest Control!!!

We have been dealing with a pesky odorous ant issues at our home and hired Cranbrook Pest Control! Norm came out very promptly to assess the situation and then made time in his schedule to get our exterior and interior of our home treated asap! Norm was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional during this initial treatment! Thankfully we were able to keep the ants out of the inside of our home!

Deanna took over for subsequent treatments as the ant problem persisted throughout the spring outdoors. Deanna has been exceptional. Each time we have called, she has answered right away and made time in her schedule to come to our home same day to spray. Our most recent visit, she came within an hours notice on a Friday evening after we noticed outdoor ant activity had picked up significantly! Wow!! Talk about exceptional service!! Deanna is very professional, knowledgable, kind, personable and also has a great sense of humour!

Deanna from Cranbrook Pest Control showed up at our request for ant problem specifically. I took her on a tour of the property. Her first priority was for my health and died if I could leave for 24 hours which I did. Deanna is very knowledgeable and totally professional at her job as well as very personable. I’ve already found a few dead little spiders unfortunately. But all insects will be affected by the treatment. Thank you Deanna for a job well done. I’m amazed. Service is not dead. From website, to calling their office, then same day service this business is outstanding. Shannon, Norm, and student helper, Jacob were all friendly & knowledgeable. These folks saved what was a disastrous day for me upon finding a rats nest built into my home and they extracted it, and cleaned up the mess the same day! I’m a senior and they made it affordable for me. Bless you.
