After almost loosing me dog to anaphylactic shock after getting stung by a bunch of yellow jackets who made our yard their home almost overnight tessier pest control came to help!

I’ve had to call Tessier Pest control twice now.
Once for a move in inspection, and once because I receive some donation clothes that had a hitchhiker.
Both times Maria arrived for service and was professional and helped me in making sure that my home was pest free.
She is reliable, professional and knows what she is doing, I would use her service again and again.

I have two words to describe this service: Unreliable and Irresponsible.
I contracted them in 2019 to solve a rat problem. They gave me a guarantee of 13 months. They had supposedly a method to inserting something in the walls and solve the problem. They did’n even have to come for an evaluation. They came two more times to insert that powder and after they did not even answer the phone. I have the impression that they have the way to divert unwanted calls with a message that the mail box is full. After 3 months I had succeeded getting an appointment on which they never showed up.
The cost was 1094 dollars with taxes. I sent them a baylief. The baylief was told that they have moved three weeks before. Today the address shown is still the same as the two phones as then and the note that service is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
I have had contacted my credit card, they withheld the money and finally I got it after the legal waiting period.
My original suspicion was that the rats were coming from the roof as I had them informed at the beginning. It was proven that I was right but it took long time for the last rat to go. I had to block with a screen the ventilation on the roof.
I feel I have lost my time, the situation got worse with them and although I have recovered what I have paid them, I am short of the money I paid to the baylief.
My advice to the others: Always pay for services thru a credit card and make sure you have everything in writing in case you will have to contest the service.
One more suggestion. I like to see the province to regulate this service. I am sure there are honest exterminators out there but regulating the services like the plumbers and the electricians will cause only the honest people to remain in businesses. Even if this will cost a little more.

We have a lot of concerns about ecological and pet friendly solutions for dealing with a long-standing mice and ant problem. DM was awesome with communicating with us the issues that we were worried about, gave us the names of the products they were going to use in advance so we could research them, and clearly understood our problems and what we were worried about.
The first treatment seems to have worked and they’ve been awesome about following up.
We’ve booked a year contract with them, will repost here if anything changes, but so far so great– the owner told me he has taken over the business recently, so maybe these other reviews reflect earlier ownership. So far I can only say good things about these guys.
I’ll update to 5 starts if everything continues on this path!
These guys not only charged 3 times the price of legit exterminators, but they do not do the job. My tenants used them twice and both times the bedbugs came back. These scammers also do not come back for the follow up. My building is now loaded with bed bugs! Never ever use this company. We will now be going forward with a small claims court case against them. How these scammers stay in business is sickening!!

When he first came to my house for testing, the technicians of this company promised me that the mouses in my house would be eliminated within 3 months, then gave me a higher price than other companies and told me no Bargaining is allowed, because their ability to solve problems is the best in Quebec and don’t want to waste time on bargaining . I asked them again: “Is it possible to deal with this trouble in three months?” They said that there is no problem, so although the offer is higher than other companies, I still chose this company because I hope that a professional company can help me solve this problem; three months later, it is conceivable that the rodent infestation in my house has not been resolved, and there are still new mouses droppings in the house. The company staff told me that this is my responsibility because my house is not sealed well ! I was also advised to choose them for the house sealing project and gave me a higher price than other companies. but what I don’t understand is what is the point of sealing the house before the mouse infestation is resolved?they told me if I want to remove mouses, I need to renew the contract for another three months .that is everything what they can do and there is no other way,then let me admit it!
