I had Jay out to my house this morning. He was on-time, professional, and most importantly he was patient with my 1000 questions. Not once did he seem bothered or annoyed that I was asking so many things.

He was very thorough with the spraying process and worked with me to ensure I could stay in the house as long as safely possible so that I could stay remoted into work for as much time as I could. He also did the exterior of our house and was very, very thorough there as well.

His pricing is also below other quotes I received for the same service. He responded to me quickly and was able to get out to my house within only a couple days. A huge thank you for getting out to me so fast.

There is a 2 week period for the product to fully take effect, so if anything changes I will update my review. Jay did tell me this upfront and let me know about follow-up touch-ups that may be needed in some scenarios. But just from our initial interaction, I would highly recommend Jay.

I found Jay to be personable, honest, reliable, professional and committed to our needs based on our discussion on the issues we were having with hornets and ants. Jay let me know what he was going to be spraying and how long to wait before it was safe for our dogs. After the job was done Jay let us know he would come back if we found the hornets or ants were still ‘bugging’ us! So far so good! I ‘Highly’ recommend Jay’s Pest Control.

I have been extremely happy with my experience with Bugman-Homesmart. First, calling the office to book/speak to an exterminator was very easy. The ladies who answered the phone were very nice and efficient. Terry called me back and was very pleasant; he gave me the time to discuss my issues over the phone. He gave me excellent feedback and he explained the process and gave me a quote right away. I was able to feel comfortable and confident with his services right away.

I’m appreciative of Lorne for coming in and listening to my issues while I showed him around the house. He was very nice and I also felt comfortable vacating my house while he treated for moths.

I recommend Terry and his team for anyone experiencing bug issues. I just had their service done yesterday. I will follow up with a review once our treatments have been completed.

I called the Bugman-Homesmart Plus because of a major ladybug and fly problem in a few rooms and mice in the attic. Terry called me back quickly and booked me within a short amount of time- very much appreciated!
They were here on time and explained what they would be doing and what I should expect. I have to say that I extremely happy with the results. I will have them back in the spring to spray the outside to help prevent the bugs from getting in in the he first place.

Thanks for coming. The guy was professional and nice. I did expect that perhaps they’d help seal ports of entry for the price. The rats are back unfortunately and the only option offered is to just come and keep adding bait for $200 per visit. This isn’t really a great price for service. I had wanted removal not simply someone coming to put bait in a station. Anyone can do that.
