This company provided same-day service when we needed it. With winter arriving suddenly this year, we noticed mice in our home and wanted to deal with it immediately. They were the only company to address the urgency right away. Truly blessed that Asif arrived on the scene. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered us excellent advice and preventative strategies that we will now always follow. He was also readily available for a follow up appointment 3 weeks later. Asif came to our house same day as we called. Unheard of these days. We have have a terrible wasp problem. He looked everywhere, spent a lot of time checking all spots. I unfortunately brought home some bbs from work. Luckily we caught the infestation in the early stages and with Adrian’s help we got rid of it after a single treatment + follow up spray.
Adrian is truly such a gem, he gave us a call when he was on his way here, was super respectful of our space, answered all our questions, and helped us feel less anxious about the whole thing. He was also really sweet to our little pets which we were bringing out of the apartment for the treatment.
I really hope we never have the need for pest control again but if we do we will be calling Adrian, 100% recommend him 🙂

If you have a mice problem at your place, don’t look any further! We haven’t been dealing with a mice infestation in our house for almost a year and used another pest control company but didn’t see much improvement. Since we used East Side last summer, the problem got under control and we now feel like we’ve got our house back to ourselves again. They are very professional in from listening to your feedback and answering your questions to finding and closing the entry points and trying solutions for different parts of the house. I strongly recommend them to anyone who’s having a mice problem.
Eastside Pest Control are absolute rockstars who helped us in a tricky situation. Was scary for my family, but Niyzar, Gary and his brother were there right away and promptly followed up. They were accessible through text for any questions, and they did everything possible to put my family at ease. I can’t thank them enough for the calm, collected approach to help our anxieties. Family run business who were warm and treated us like family. Knew we would be taken care of and they would do anything to help us. Highly recommend.
Gary and his team were responsive and very honest. They made a genuine attempt to help me with my squirrels issues. They had started the work but when they encountered a risky area of my roof they could not reach, they quickly informed and didn’t charge me for the job given the safety risk they identified. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Edit in response to owner comment: we are indeed customers, my husband will be there in your records. I don’t remember exactly how much it cost as it was months ago but it was certainly an all cash payment in thr range of $300 as mentioned and cash was requested by the technician, so perhaps you should review how much work is being done by him under the table. Is this Sar by the way, because I see only Sardar and another person with the same last name in your company? If this is Sar, you know already that you take cash payments. My husband will be in contact with you as we are certainly not happy with our one treatment with no follow-up.
I don’t understand all these positive reviews. Maybe it depends on where you live. If you live on the west side, you get good treatment. We had our place in East Vancouver treated for a mouse infestation in Nov 2023. First off, Sar wanted cash payment which we happily provided but i thought that was a weird ask. Initial treatment was putting down strong poison which worked well. However, we were promised two follow-up visits which NEVER happened, as well as sealing up cracks at the outside of the house which he said he would do for the non-existent second treatment. My husband reached out multiple times to schedule a second visit and Sar said he would get back to him but never did. Why the huge apparent difference in our experience, I’m not sure, but I would not recommend this company. We paid $300-something for one appointment that lasted less than an hr and involved putting down poison which we could’ve easily done ourselves. Also I’m not sure why we weren’t offered a free initial visit as some reviewers state, that one visit cost us hundreds of dollars. Nothing was free and as I said, ab

I recently discovered a family of raccoons living under my newly built backyard deck. I contacted Alpine Pest Control, and Sar arrived within hours of my call for a free visit and started the job the same day. He installed a one-way cage and temporarily sealed the side of my deck. He returned a couple of weeks later to retrieve the cage and went above and beyond to ensure I never have this problem again. He brought his own electric saw and spent a couple of hours permanently sealing the side of my deck with fascia boards, at no additional cost.
Sar’s amazing and professional service, coupled with his honesty and generosity, truly impressed me. I highly recommend Sar from Alpine Pest Control!!
Sar offered to come by and take a look free of charge. After installing initial inspections, he installed bait, and the mice problem literally disappeared overnight. Didn’t see one little critter the next day. He also followed up a few months afterwards as part of the service package.
The bait they use is amazing and potent! Super friendly guy, easy to get along with, and you can tell he really likes his job and he’s not there just for the money. Lastly, their prices are phenomenal compared to their competitors.
I would highly recommend Sar and have already recommended my friends to them.

We sought an inspection/ assessment of a property that we offered to buy. Because we only had a few days to conduct due diligence, we were in a rush. After submitting a request online, we received a call within 24 hours and got the inspection done well in advance of our deadline. The Orkin representative arrived on-time, conducted a thorough inspection, and was very friendly and clear. The inspection cost was slightly cheaper than competitors. Money well spent!
The Orkin field person came by initially, set various traps catching mice, however the mice were still present. He came again and set many more traps, catching more, and I continued to reset them. The Orkin field person was careful to note possible entry places into the house, plugging up a number of them and pointing out larger possibilities that I had to take care of. Eventually the mice were all gone. Hats off to the persistence and follow through.
I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and the call center rep was kind enough to call me back with additional info. Elaine who came to our house was friendly, professional, knowledgable and took care of our original problem as well as additional wasp nest that had been hanging around too long. I had Local Group come to look at my attic after another pest control company said there was a dead animal in it that they would not remove.
Turned out there was nothing there except some scary insulation. I was not charged for the visit, and the manager doing the inspection gave helpful suggestions for clearing my outdoor space to deter rodents from the home. He told me what services they offer, and what would be useful, but also said those services would likely not be the best use of my $ until the fall.
The entire encounter, from speaking to the owner Chris to set up the appointment, to having the space looked at, was professional in a way that seems to be a thing of the past most of the time.
Local Group could have upsold me products and services I didn’t need, but instead were helpful, respectful, honest, and trustworthy. I’m sure I will need pest services in the future, and based on this experience I will be choosing them.

We’ve been using All Green’s services for a while now, and are very happy with their services! Not only does their product seem to work well (we had millions of silverfish, now hardly any!!) they are always super friendly and responsive, both by phone and e-mail, and very patient with the number of times we have had to cancel and reschedule. Most impressive for me is the professionalism and politeness of their technicians. Every single technician who has come to our home has been considerate (taking shoes off, accommodating specific requests), polite, friendly, and just overall NICE. It really makes a difference when you’re entrusting your home to someone you don’t know. I would definitely recommend them!!

I was facing the bugs situation in my life for the first time I had no clue how to compose myself and talk it out, nevertheless the guy named Garth, he had been very patient and great listener. Have been having an issue with tiny ants everywhere and was given the name of All green by neighbours. Kyle was the technician that came to treat my home. He was very professional and informative. I signed up for the twice per year treatments to keep ahead of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them .He was excellent and thorough. Our complex has a monthly rodent service with them for a few years now. They merged with Rentokil last year and so far they have missed 4 scheduled appointments having the owners wait hours and this month they showed up with no notification. They don’t respond to emails and have to chased down just to get services completed.
Update: No shows continue. The respond to social media postings but do nothing to solve their admin and operational issues.
Very poor costumer service on the administration side. Arranged a technician visit but nobody showed up. Sent an email for no show, and got no response. I called them the next day and was told my appointment rescheduled for next Monday without consulting me and the representative that arranged that will call me. No call!!! I followed up to reschedule. Very bad start for a business relationship!!!
Marco Sherwood from Terminex recently provided exceptional service during his monthly visit to our complex. When they arrived, they almost immediately addressed the problem. What impressed me most was their efficiency in identifying the entry and exit points of pests and implementing effective control measures. As a result, we installed a gate to prevent entry on the first day, and the next day, we no longer had pests entering. They also ensured to inspect for any remaining animals inside and carried out the entire process, leaving us feeling reassured. Their service attitude was excellent, providing us with photos and information on the condition of the pests, which eased concerns about property damage and the pest exclusion process. Furthermore, their willingness to communicate effectively was commendable. I highly recommend their services if you have pest issues, and they also offer translation services for different languages if needed.
Austin was my tech and I can say he was a pleasure to deal with. He had excellent communication and customer service, he explained in detail everything he was doing. He was prompt and curtious, he even noticed we had a baby who naps during the day and made sure he called before coming to the door because he knew my dogs would bark. This is a level of perception and customer care I have rarely experienced. I can say from my first call to dispatch to dealing with Austin, my experience was excellent and I can guarantee if I have issues in the future, there’s only one company I would call.
