We had an ant problem in our driveway and tried several different traps over a few weeks, but nothing worked. We finally started calling a few different exterminators in the area and Rentokil had given us by far the best price. They sent over Marina, who was professional, punctual, and thorough. She worked quickly to spray our driveway and around our entire house. It’s been over a month now and the ants haven’t returned. It was an excellent experience. We highly recommend Rentokil and Marina!
Our service rep is always helpful and informative when he visits. We always get an update of our status after each visit for our file. Our reps name is Patrick and we are glad to have him taking care of our needs. I would definitely recommend Patrick and his company.

We bought a model home that had a previous job with repair done by Jared. The squirrels are back and we recently had to have them removed and the repair by Jared fixed properly. Jared left the house in a mess. Most of the reviews on here are fictitious and done by his friends. Some are done shortly after a bad review in an attempt to bury the bad reviews. Shady business and shady reviews. Read all the reviews. The shade is very apparent amongst other things.
We are so thankful for Jared and his crew at Ontario Wildlife Removal, they have helped us on several occasions. Experts in removing our bat colony, and then again with a little critter (chipmunk) making his home in a tiny hole under our bay window. Jared is very knowledgeable and always prompt, reliable and efficient. We highly recommend Ontario Wildlife Removal for all your unwanted house guests. 😉
Perfect service from start to end , we had a problem of birds nesting inside the main floor washroom vent ; the agent on the phone was very informative and booked an appointment , Jared showed up on time , well equipped and experienced , finished the job quickly and promptly – prices are reasonable considering the specialized service they provide , cannot ask for more and highly recommend them .

Absolutely the best!!!! When I moved to Brantford a few years back, we saw so many wolf spiders in our basement, around the patio and above the front and back door. I was so freaked out by the size of these monsters and how many there were, that I called First Defence immediately based on word of mouth in the neighbourhood. So happy we found them, we have been calling them back every summer since and never see spiders anymore!!! Almost, no crawling bugs at all actually! I’m impressed because our yard backs onto a forest, we thought we’d have a hard time keeping them away, but whatever they do works every time! I couldn’t imagine my summers without a visit from the team! Always going above and beyond with my many questions and side requests, shows up on time, friendly and so knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better company for your best control needs!
I can’t say enough about Steve! He came and fixed my major mouse infestation in our new home! I got prices from three other companies and they were in the thousands!!! and that was only for the exterior sealing. He did traps, bait and seal for almost half! He is so good and my problem was fixed in days not months like I was told by the other companies. I recommend him for sure. Very very happy. Thank you so much Steve!

These five star reviews are well deserved to anyone considering using Justin and his guys to do pest control at their residences…. I had a bat problem and thought they were living in my attic, but Justin educated me that they were indeed coming in through gaps in my soffit and worming their way into my basement in the walls where they then flew amok terrorizing my two lil girls and wife!!… Well I simply had enough of that and retained him to fix the problem… He showed me the trouble spots and even the guano they left behind on my window sill… He then laid it out quite matter of factly what needed to be done .. no up selling, no fake advice … Just real … That’s what I appreciated the most, the education and the simple yet effective way he sealed up my roof so that these winged nut jobs don’t reappear and cause distress… I would highly advise retaining him for any issues you have regarding not only winged pests, but rodents, racoons and squirrels too…. I appreciate you Justin for the fair pricing and the effective job you did .. we are indebted
I had a family of four squirrels in my soffits. They all actually showed themselves as Justin and I were talking. Then as we watched, the mom took one of the youngsters away; squirrel number 2 followed on his own, and the third was gone later that day. No more scampering noises overhead! Justin came back and did “preventive sealing” to ensure the entry space was no longer accessible. He did a super thorough job. The bill was very fair, especially given the time and care he put in. Plus he is just a really nice guy who truly understands wildlife. First Class is the real deal.

We had an issue with some very aggressive yellow jackets. Called Arrow as they were recommended by a friend. They were very prompt, friendly and professional. They were able to take care of the problem & found an issue with our roof. We could not be happier with the initial service & follow-up. Shout out to Carlos & Steve for taking great care of these customers. We hope we never need them again, but if any issues ever come up in the future, Arrow will be our first call! Highly recommend them.
Arrow Pest Control is very responsive and effective. I first called about a problem with aggressive wasps, intent upon building nests under the siding. I’ve not seen a wasp since they sprayed. I then called because of a persistent mouse problem. They nearly blocked the entrance point around the water and drain pipes with steel mesh and laid traps. No problem since. They offer a reasonable full indoor and and outdoor maintenance plan. The technicians are skilled, pleasant, quick and effective.
