My service over the last year with Insight has been great and my recent tech, Dev, took the time to ask what I had concerns about and then explain to me what he could do. After he had completed his service he walked me around and showed me what he had done in case he had missed anything. Really appreciated him going the extra mile. He took extra care to remove all webs around windows and everything looks great. Well worth the service. Highly recommend them
Your company is only as good as your front line workers are. Dev took the time to explain what he was doing and what he could not do. He was responsive to my concerns and provided extra focus on the areas I had highlighted .
If you want to retain customers or acquire new ones, you should be looking at retention discounts for those that use your services each year
Dev did an exceptional job applying the mosquito and insect protection – and was thorough, polite and wonderful to deal with. In fact, the entire Insight team has been great from start to finish. We have a big and somewhat complex property and dev took the time with me to understand our most important areas. A job very well done.

Shawn (Sean?) was great! He took the time to discuss my concerns and did a great job. SUPER IMPRESSED. I had a caterpillar infestation on my Boxwood hedge. He focused on this area. I am impressed with all of their staff. Tech came by previously just to say , sorry I dont recommend i spray as it will be less effective as it had just rained and was going to rain again shortly. He allowed me to make the decision and didn’t just cancel! Highly recommended. BTW, after the spraying, hundreds of caterpillars were on the ground dead. He told me to watch for any movement in the next several days and if required they can come back early to spray the next application. They will come 5x.
Mosquito Man did a great job on the second pass! The first time they sprayed our 1 acre perimeter for ticks. It didn’t seem to help… I got a few tick bites in the following 2 – 3 weeks. I called and they came back to re-spray… no problem. This time, I asked “Ash” to spray our entire lawn, not just the perimeter. We don’t spend time on the perimeter or in the woods and bush… we’re mostly on our lawn. So are our dog and cat. It made sense to ask Ash to spray the lawn. He heartily agreed and did the whole lawn. Excellent service, good follow up, friendly sprayers… thanks Mosquito Man!
I hired Mosquito Man for the first time this Summer to spray my cottage in Minden hills and I have to say the product is extremely effective and it works almost above 90%.. not total elimination as they mentioned to me that it is not 100%. They were honest and upfront.. but I have to say it’s very very close to almost perfect!

We have been using Muskoka Pest Control for a couple years now after switching from a competitor. We decided to try them because they are in the same town as our cottage and we wanted to support a local company.
Yesterday which was the Friday of Labor Day weekend, I had a wasp come into our boathouse and found a wasp hive in the ground right beside the door of our boathouse which is where we spend the majority of our time when we are at the cottage. We have two kids and two dogs and were afraid someone would get stung with the hive being so close to our entry door.
Being Friday of a long weekend, I called the office and sent them an email but figured I wouldn’t hear back from anyone until next week. Within a short time, I received a call from Mark who told me he would come by and see if he could help. He came quickly and introduced himself as the owner of the company! He informed me that he did not have his usual equipment because it was out in his service trucks but he did have a can of spray which he would try and hoped it would help.
Mark sprayed the hive and informed me that we would still see wasps coming back to the hive but any activity should stop within 24 hours.
Mark also told me that he had packed his family up that morning and they were supposed to be heading out on vacation for the long weekend. However he had gotten an emergency call before mine which he took care of and when he saw my email, he did not want to leave my family with an active wasp hive for the long weekend. He also told me to call him back if we had any more problems and he would try to get someone out even though they were closed for the long weekend.
Talk about spectacular customer service, we are so happy to have had the wasp hive taken care of and we are extremely grateful to Mark for taking his personal time to help out a customer.
