Currently part way through my second year with this service.
The communication is FANTASTIC. I need a one day advance warning they are coming to be able to prepare for them (open up the property, make sure the dog toys are away… Etc )
They always message the day before, and when they are on their way/once completed. The technician responses to my text during the procedure (mostly apologizing for my dog losing his mind), and if there were any issues.
Living in a swamp area, there is ALWAYS mosquitos. With the neighbouring yards having cedar trees and my allergies to mosquitoes, our property has always been a feeding ground for them.
Does this get rid of 100% mosquitoes– no. It won’t. They are everywhere. Mostly hiding in wait at the neighbours yard waiting for me to come outside.
Does this DRASTICALLY reduce the number of mosquitoes that have to be dealt with? A million times yes. By the time they come to service the area again, we are very much so ready for it.
Thank you so much for being such a fantastic service and giving us the ability to be outside with being constantly attacked by mosquitoes!!
Once again had my yard sprayed for mosquitoes not even a week ago and can’t go outside at night with out being attacked by mosquitoes. My yard was first sprayed 3 weeks ago and I complained about how bad the mosquitoes were, they came back out and re sprayed, however no one contacted me about my concerns, I just got an email stated someone will be out tomorrow. I would once again like my yard re sprayed at they are quick to take my money, but not quick to respond to emails or text messages. Unless I get some communication I would not recommend this company. I may ne using my previous company. Let’s see what happens.
5 stars , Communication is awesome. Follow up is awesome. Getting the yard sprayed was worth every penny. Now we can actually enjoy our yard all day and all night without getting bitten by mosquitoes. It’s super awkward, It feels like there’s absolutely no mosquitoes around anywhere. I’m constantly waiting for them to show back up, but they never show back up. I’m very happy with this. I’ve recommended this to a few friends and they have also booked in with mosquito man ! Thank you so much. We will be using you again next year!

I had a rat problem in my house and I was extremely satisfied with the results and removal of the problem. Nick is very friendly, easy to talk to, understanding and an overall great guy! He set some traps around my house and sure enough a few days later the traps worked! Nick looked all around my house to look for entry points and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and a very funny guy as well! He disposed of the rat and a week later we have had no problems at all with rats since Nick had been here. Nick also gave me a very good 6 month warranty should the problem arise again. Overall if you need an exterminator who’s honest, professional, friendly and knowledgeable then I 100% recommend Tremblett Pest Control. Thanks Nick!
These guys are excellent. We had a mouse issue & called them after trying to deal with it ourselves. They came out, highlighted all entry points, gave us an idea of what we were dealing with (which turned out to be worse than we imagined) and dealt with everything. They walked us through all of it so we had an understanding of what was going on, and were accurate with everything they said. They came back on short notice when we asked – at no charge. The customer service/friendliness is phenomenal to the point where I looked forward to their visit. They were extremely thorough and dealt with our issue in short order, and were very reasonably priced to boot. I don’t want to have a pest issue again, but if I do – I’ll be calling Tremblett.
Worst pest control people i have ever seen in my life. They don’t do anything in their 2-3 session. They just want more money from you and telling you need more session. So unprofessional people.
Don’t blame your unprofessionalism to others. You living & your job is with rotten food thats the reason you see rotten food everywhere if there was rotten food then there will be different types of bugs like maggot, flys not only Cockroaches and Cockroaches attract by rotten food. If you spray properly then how comes Cockroaches comes?
