We were having a bed bug issue at our apartment unit, and Paul came to inspect our place. He was very knowledgeable with years of experience, and made sure to inform us of every detail to empower us as tenants. He did a very thorough unit inspection, and even upon further worry, he made sure to come back and inspect again to provide us with peace of mind. Very kind man and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.
Valley Town Pest Control was amazing. Highly efficient, personable and professional. The man was very thorough too. Found all places of entry and sealed them off and even made sure there was none around inside the attic before sealing the entry ways off. We have had no issues since. Thank you so much. We’ve used their services twice now (raccoon, ants) and both times we were very impressed with the level of service.
They are not the cheapest, I’ll grant you, but I felt it was worth it.
Two things stood out in regards to why I say this.
First, with the ants there was a mix up with the appointment time and after a few calls they were very helpful and the tech was amazing and we were able to come up with a plan that worked for both sides.
Second, we had to get our roof redone after the raccoon fix. Which meant all of the preventative cages etc they installed would be removed. When I called about the warranty we still had, they sent out another tech to re-install everything. Not only that, but the roofing company was so impressed with their work, they said the work being done wouldn’t affect their warranty in any way.
Expensive? sure. Well worth it.
From the initial inquiry call, to the initial home consult with Brandon, to the work done by the crew led by Dustin and Joe, I was very impressed with the overall professionalism.
The crew was knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to talk, teach and explain all of the steps. There was trust and a genuine interest in building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction. The team teaching I witnessed speaks to the integrity of the company, who ensures a lifetime warranty (that alone says a lot).
Not the cheapest, yes, but you get what you pay for. So happy we safeguarded our 11 year old home.
After hearing what I thought was a squirrel running around in my soffits, I sent a request to Skedaddle and within minutes I had a return call. Brandon came out the same day to assess and provided a quote. The very next day, Gavin and Brian came by to do the work bright and early at 8 am. The found and cleaned an old den in the attic and installed screens on the roof vents where those rascals chewed their way in, along with a one way access. All in all, I am very satisfied with the prompt and expert service. 10/10 would call again if I am in need of help.

Adam and team were fantastic! We had a mom squirrel and babies that made their home in the wall of our loft. Despite not realizing initially it was a family of squirrels vs. one, and it being 3 stories up Adam was able to effectively remove the squirrels (without harming them), seal the area where they got in and ensure they weren’t coming back (mesh wiring along all windows on the floor). He kept me informed along the way of what he was doing and why, and made it clear he would keep coming back until the squirrels were gone. Amazing service and courteous delivery. Adam has come to our rescue many times. No matter what the situation was he had the most calming demeanor and explained things with so much patience. We were able to ask all the questions we needed to be at ease. We also had an instance of a squirrel in our home and the second I called he was on the way to help. Couldn’t be more pleased with Adam’s services. He’s absolutely wonderful and we recommend him to anyone who needs pest control services. Very grateful!

The raccoon in my roof had been causing me a lot of trouble, and I was feeling overwhelmed by the options available. I called the aptly named First Class Wildlife Removal after reading so many reviews online, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. In no time, Justin dropped by, completed an inspection, patiently (and honestly) explained my options, and answered all my questions (and believe me, I had plenty).
Even when I was unsure about what I wanted to do, he advised me to take my time, which I really appreciated. Additionally, he helped me fix a problem with my roof that I had yet to notice.
Overall, it was just really awesome to have someone who genuinely wanted what was best for me helping me navigate my r(accoon)oof problem. If I could rate higher than 5/5, I certainly would. Highly recommend!

He gave my neighbour and I a free inspection of our problem areas after that we received a detailed and honest quote. Justin was patient and answered all my questions.
He successfully and safely removed the racoon babies from our attic and completed all the necessary preventative measures as well as the one way door. I am happy to say we do not hear any noises or scratching in the attic and all our vents are protected now.
We also had a BIG quote with a long list from a big company.
We called Justin for a second opinion. He was professional, on time and extremely fair with his pricing. He arrived and physically went up on the roof to inspect where the wildlife had entered our soffits and made a huge mess.

He gave it his all, but the raccoon was too decomposed and too tucked away under my deck to be removed. He came a second time, with additional equipment, hoping to be able to remove it, but it was a lost cause. Fortunately, it’s in an area where, once it’s fully decomposed, it won’t interfere with anything or anyone. I do appreciate the effort, and the fact that I wasn’t charged because it couldn’t be removed. If I encounter any additional pest problems, I’ll be sure to call Elite first.
If I could give a 10 star review I would. I am beyond impressed with Elite. They went above and beyond to make sure the racoons were removed from my garage. We had a family of racoons living up there and these guys removed them safely and humanely.
I would definetly recommend elite pest and wildlife removal to anyone with any sort of pest issues.
Had the guys from Elite Pest and Wildlife removal come and help me “winterize” my trailer. I had a bunch of unwanted pests coming in.
