The most unprofessional company I have ever come across in my time in the UAE. I trusted them to paint 1 wall for which they charged me 500 AED. They took the money and left without even letting me know they were leaving. These are only some of the pictures of the mess they left behind not to mention the mess they made of the communal corridor and lift. The bathroom was flooded where they washed themselves but then left behind all of the paint. Every light switch and door had splashes of paint and the floors were covered in specs that had to be scrubbed. They think it’s ok to turn up in your home, pretend to do a job properly, and then leave your home and belongings in this mess. DO NOT USE THEM!!

My recent experience with this company was a complete disappointment. Customer service was not a priority to them.Firstly, they don’t fix the problem. When I call them again, the person named Ahmad started using bad words and shouting at me. Above all this, he keeps sending me audio messages and was shouting in that too, until I blocked him. I have all the recordings for filing a police complaint against him.
So, this company is a fraud, workers are bad. Don’t ever book this company for anything. I gave 1star only because Google is not letting me proceed without a star. Otherwise, no stars for such bogus company.
Warning: do not use this company! Booked them to paint my apartment and they did a terrible job, left a huge mess, and were very rude. They left paint over doors, floors, windows, light switches, my table, and the bathroom was filthy with paint, dirt, and hair. They left food in the sink and the kitchen. It was disgusting. Contacting them to clean it up was not possible – they said they would come but despite agreeing, they didn’t turn up. This was an expensive service that cost me extra in getting professional cleaners with specialist equipment for 8 hours to clean up after them. Do not book this company!

I had heard amazing things about Delight but I have been utterly disappointed. They are still not finished with the job but the site manager didn’t pay any attention to my requests and were random in sending local delivery items. I had made.myself very clear on what I needed but the site manager kept interrupting me. The supervisor on the day was very easy to work with, however due to poor communication, the service was definitely affected. I wouldn’t recommend them and wouldn’t be going back to them.
Despite my request I needed kitchen first, they only had 2 packers in the kitchen! Which meant the kitchen stuff didn’t come all or in 2 loads, this is a very bad planning on their part. I requested to put 4 people in the kitchen but the operational manager was very dismissive.
Having said that their packers been extremely careful so far in bringing our items, their packers are very good and careful, however the communication and not following my specific instructions and requests have caused me a great inconvenience. I still have 2 more days with them, they seem to have spread themselves thin with all the work.
If I can give them 0 stars I would
I have called them for maintenence of windows for 3 story villa
They responded very late and I kept reminding them to come and check because the need to do visual inspection
They finally came.
Now wanting quote phase
I reminded them about sending quote shortly after inception then again 8 days after, and again today that I need quote to check and start the job , yet they respond to me that they can’t reach the team that did inspection and no useful information.
I do not recommend this to anyone
I would give more than 5 stars. The team was awesome, came on time, had all the equipment and tooling, and was in the groove. What I liked the most was that they were very attentive to details and cleaned even the box inside the shredder machine. There was no supervision needed as everyone knew what to do. So, if you want everything to be crystal clean, Delight team will be the best choice. Thank you guys!
