VRYBURG SHOPRITE does not care about the food they are serving to their customers, I went to buy food from their deli but everything was covered with big green flies, and when I tried to ask the lady that was serving me she pretend to not even hear me as she ddnt respond or do anything about it… I further went to get myself salad as atleast it was covered but again she said to me she cant find the code.. I asked for the controller they said she was not there,, another guy who had been refusing to assist this lady eventually cam to weigh my salad and when I also asked him why are they covering the food he ddnt also respond.. the lady never returned as she went to look for the controller .. This is totally unacceptable and next time I will take pictures and post them..maybe then we can be taken serious with such things.. have shoprite ever heard of cross contamination ..we could get sick..

On the whole their merchandise is reasonably priced and the butchery sell fresh meat though the oxtail is iffy maybe because it’s on the whole reasonably priced. This supermarket is very popular with those wishing to push their Rand a bit further

the shop is not buzy. but the ques don’t move at all. clearing of baskets that people leave before the Till is not happening alot. there is a need for training on how to keep a good retail store and processing of customers
