When I was looking for a contractor to sand our floors, it was important for me to find a contractor who is sure to do a good job. I am so pleased that I used Chris and Nic as their service was so professional. Its only when the carpets are lifted and the sanding starts, that they are able to truly see what the job entails, and they guided me to the best solution for my home. This did cost a little more, but the advise was correct and the end result is fantastic. They have all the correct equipment and work so fast it is unbelievable, two days and the job was done. I recommend their service, others may be cheaper, but Nic and Chris are the best.
Absolute 5 star service. Incredibly impressed with how they brought my vision to life. My first experience with living in a house with wooden floors…I was really nervous about my request as I had a very particular vision in mind and really wanted a drastic change from the orange shiny floors. After the consultation and wonderful detailed explanation I trusted the process and was not disappointed at all! Pictures don’t do it justice… absolutely transformed my home into the space I envisioned
What amazing service! Not only are these guys extremely knowledgeable and informative, but their attention to detail is impeccable. Our flooring needed a notable amount of wood panel replacements and they did a fantastic job at matching the SA pine to the original Oregon pine. The result exceeded our expectations (see for yourselves on the image I attached).

True Clean will go above and beyond for you! Dietrich and Benny provide and an outstanding service. We took 15 rugs to be cleaned and all but one were cleaned very well! One rug still smelt of cat urine but Dietrich handled our compliant with such ease and understanding and within 15minutes of me calling, Benny was back to collect our rug and have it re-cleaned. A business will always face the challenges of complaints but what makes it a successful business, is how complaints are dealt with and Dietrich and Benny go above and beyond…they are a testament to the success of True Clean. Hi for your information, the carpet is a year old and from coricroft, a quality carpet. We have cleaned the carpet once before and the place we had cleaned it, cleaned it perfectly well. If you were unable to clean it you could have said so. However your response to my rating is a clear indication of you as a business and your professionalism. To say that my experience at your business is “nonsense” is indicative of your quality of business and is frankly quite crass. However I am happy that no one I know will ever be disappointed by yours service as you will never get a recommendation from me.
Great company with honest advice from the owner. The owner initially inspected and found that the braai had a different (fire exit) problem and suggested to clean to see if it would make an impact or not. He then gave a honest opinion and explained that the soot was not the problem.. I would highly recommend this company. Rare to find honest and trustworthy companies like True Clean these days. Will definitely give them a call again in the near future to clean our fireplace!

This is a fantastic little garden centre with a really good coffee shop. The decor inspires a sense of peace and tranquility in which you are surrounded by the various shrubs and plants.
Outside you have a chance to walk through the garden section, where the plants have been divided by the various colours of the foilage and flowers. It halso has a good selection of pots for both internal and external usage.
Thr coffee shop has an amazing selection of cakes. Each dish comes out tastefully decorated and you can see the effort that goes into the preparation. The waiting time was relatively short even given the large amount of patrons. Make sure to try the Lindt chocholate cheese cake or the peppermint cheese cake. Both are rich and delicious.
Visiting PE and the first place my family takes me too is the Garden Centre. Shows you how much they love this place. The owners of this property put in a lot of work to keep this place in mint condition. Love the fact that there are a restuarant, pet shop and book shop all under one roof. Also got fresh veggies at a shop and there is bargain furniture and a plant land to enjoy. A well equipped Pet Shop onsite too. If you want beautiful Proteas for a bargain, go to the shop were they sell vegetables. Loved my time spend here.
The 2 hours spent at the Sherwood Garden Centre felt like a mini holiday. Always a pleasure to be around such a wide range of flowers and plants. The best way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The only thing that could be improved is the parking facilities. Parking bays are not marked by lines and non disabled people do not understand 1) Not to park in disabled parking, and 2) not to park too close to disabled cars which makes it difficult for people in wheelchairs to access their cars.

The place has very beautiful surroundings. Cosy and relaxing for a family and colleagues. The meals are fresh and affordable. The portions are big one plate can cover two people. The place is not difficult to locate even if you are new in Lusaka. Besides the restaurant you can buy plants and flowers for your garden. All the members of staff are very helpful.
It is simply an amazing place to visit.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE. The whole store doesn’t make sense as you have to make a stop at 3-4 different counters before leaving the store. The people working there is rude and they treated me like I wasn’t a valid customer. I felt like they treated me differently because I’m a woman since I saw a couple of men getting helped much faster than me and some of them even got discount on their items. Their inventory system is horrible as I had to wait almost an hour for them to get something at the back. Then they tell me the reason for taking long is that their inventory on the computer is not up to date and it’s on the old stock inventory. How can a shop with so many different tools big and small not keep their inventory up to date?? even though it is a little cheaper than other stores I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rather pay a little more money at a different hardware store and then at least be out within a few minutes. People with busy schedules that is actually working can’t wait 45 minutes to an hour for something. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. I WILL GIVE 0 IF I COULD.
Absolutely worst service. Staff has no customer service, everybodys all over the place. Inventory system sucks. Their manager made me feel like a thief when I insisted on paying the price for items I was quoted for after they told me quotes are valid for 7 days. They caused me such a delay in getting my work done. I’ll never return to this store. My actual rating is – 0
The lady at the will was vey unhelpful and did not even offer us a plastic bag i had to ask for one. She coughed and was not wearing a mask. The gentleman at the paint counter where the mixes are done he however deserves a 5 star for excellent service
