Had very bad experience with service.was there with racing cycle and wanted to buy energy bars asked at the counter the bars where at the tills 3 meters from me.i went to the till with my cycle and instead of helping me the security wanted to remove me forcebly.i then asked a customer which was at one of the tills to buy me energy bars I gave him r50.00 and he did.to avoid all this trouble they could just have asked me if they can help me

The store is a bit too crammed and doesn’t always seem to be cleaned properly. Out of the 7-8 till points there are usually only 2/3 that actually have staff that are active. The rest are inactive, which causes major held ups, lang queues and unnecessary time wasting.

The prices are okay.

It’s always crowded,tidy and busy. Fresh products,there is this Combo(10 kg Rice,10 kg Maizemeal and 10 kg Flour) which we prefer as community costs R280.
