It is the second time that I have used this business, and each time I am pleasantly surprised and pleased with their exceptional service. Getting a quote is easy, and hassle free. The team are genuine experts in what they do and while at my house to quote for spiders they actually also noticed birds making nests in our roof and offered to address the matter if we wished.

I made contact with them via WhatsApp regarding a Seagull problem we have. Person said, nothing they could do. Replied, I must get a cover for the swimming pool to solve the problem. Why are they then advising BIRD CONTROLE. Eventually agreed to send someone to have a look and give me a solution and quote. It has been 2 weeks. No reply from them. I contacted them again and they promised to get back to me. Still nothing. I hope the onwer of this business are aware of their pathetic customer service.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of service received. I have made contact on 3 occasions this week and was told that a sales representative would attend to my quotation request. It’s 2024, customer service is a commodity.

They first lose your phone number, then you call again. They dont call back. Then they will “see” when they can help you, then you wait 2 weeks. Then they will “see” again. No communication or basic customer service.
