My son stayed in Lady Brand,for just over 5 years.We always popped in at the SPAR,to buy everything we need,for the road back to Burgersdorp.They’re always busy,but you still get proper service.There wasn’t a problem with the staff.They were always friendly and if you can’t find a specific product,they won’t hesitate to assist you.If it’s not on the shelf,they will look in the store rooms.Their prices are the normal SPAR prices,but it’s still very affordable.It’s a surprise for somebody,visiting a town like Lady Brand.Do some shopping,at SPAR Lady Brand,the next time you visit,or pass through.

Friendly staff. Not very cheap except when they have promotions where customers get huge bargains on groceries. It is a surely a place to buy your supplies in Ladybrand. But if you know the place from yesteryears you will have to accept that it is now a shadow of former self since most customers from across the border in Maseru have alternatives and prefer doing their shopping in Maseru

Store has been under new Management for almost a year now, and has improved dramaticaly. Hats off to the New Owner and his Management,. Store is still in the process of Revamping and every time i visit, looks better and better. 10/10

Thank you to the wonderfull butcery staff! I place my orders on a regular basis and always receive a call from the friendly butcery manager to say when they are done. Excellent quality, neatly packed at great prices. But the highlight is the friendly smiles and great customer service I receive from them.

Firstly, it is not a Shoprite Checkers, only a Poorly managed Shoprite. They can’t access Checkers range of products.
At month end, when the shop is full of customers shopping, they dedicate two till points to SASSA increasing the length of queues at the other till points.

The prices are very affordable but the que was moving slow. Do not go at month end because the que doesn’t move much and it’s usually packed. The customer service is average not bad but they could try to be more helpful
