Placed and paid for an online order on the 9th Dec. Apart from the auto-generated order confirmation email, I received no further status or tracking updates following the order placement. Three days later with still no feedback, I decided to call the store and query the order only to find that they were seemingly “unaware” of the order. After checking their system, I was gingerly told that my order will be “dispatched later today, sorry about that”. Had I not called to query the order, it would not have been attended to. Totally unacceptable.

Excellent fast and efficient service, I supplied the incorrect order number with my payment, but one phone call and a minute later the problem was solved, received the goods the next afternoon, that is within 24 hours.
Only one negative point the white wire that I ordered is so dirty I will have to clean the whole 30 meter before I can use it in my house against the wall.

Disappointing in the least. Purchase experience was good, but an item ordered broke when using it for the first time and the shop will not take it back, instead offering discount on the next purchase. Be aware of the T&Cs…
