After buying milk this morning at this Spar to make a quick porridge for my son, I politely asked the staff if I could use their microwave to warm the milk and was told No! Quite unbelievable and unhelpful, after spending R150 in total at the shop they can’t even help me and share their microwave for 1min, quite pathetic. Never again will stop at this Spar, and I frequently travel via this town to Jhb. After being sent from pillar to post the manager eventually said yes I can use the microwave. Pathetic guys, just terrible.

Nice oasis in the middle of nowhere. The store is being revamped at the moment so it is not 5 stars operationally and you don’t get a restaurant that you may expect at a city Spar. It is clean, the staff are helpful and the manager is doing his best to keep the operations running smoothly.

This place is clean and super neatly.products nicely packed on the shelves.and according to tipe of products.prices clearly staff is helpfull freindly and neatly dressed.yes it was a pleasure to visit here.the food nicely and freshly done.im superproud

I was there for the first time the other day and unfortunately the service wasn’t too great. If you need help somewhere you don’t know who to ask.
It was also very frustrating that all the electrical stuff was behind the counter so now you have to explain what you want and the guy comes out with different stuff. Other places you can go and pick the stuff from the shelve because you know what you want and don’t always know the correct naming for it.
Same with the drill bits… Behind the counter.
I guess it goes like this in the small towns, but we didn’t like it all.
And this shop was extremely hot. I know it’s summer, but the one day the one big fan they do have at the tills wasn’t even on and it felt like I was going to pass out from the heat and the line was so long. Maybe think about this in future. It was unbearably hot while we had to stand there and wait!

Staff on the floor and entrance door not friendly and helpful at all.The shop did not even have a plastic bag to put in pesticide I bought.

Small range. Reasonable prices. Average service. Not one person assisted me on the floor.Checkout service good
