Infinity Pest Management is an excellent choice of company if you need to rid your property of various pests. Theo is very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He knows exactly the “critter” he is treating and selects the treatment accordingly. I own a guesthouse and it is critical to keep it clear of any pests to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. One of the key problems in the Sandton area is ants. With regular treatment ants are kept at bay and my guests are happy. He has treated my guesthouse for flies too, with great success. The treatment he uses is child and pet friendly, which is also important. You will never go wrong calling in Theo of Infinity Pest Management.
What a breath of fresh air these guys are. Service Excellence is the only phrase that describes them. They quoted me on the day that I called and delivered the following day as agreed. They gave me an eatimated time of delivery and kept me informed of their whereabouts. Once at the property they quickly ascertained what needed to be done and made it happen. The traps are tamper proof and neat. If you want your issue sorted these are the people to call.

Randy removed the whole swarm of bees, including the Queen bee. He took out at least 60 litres of honey. Cleaned up & transported all honey, bees & Queen to Centurion hive. Fantastic fast & friendly service

After a week of waiting for two other pest control companies to attend to my needs I started looking for some one to assist with our mice problem. The one did not have enough box traps on the day of the appointment and rescheduled for the next day but will phone when on their way. Still waiting for the call. The other sounded so professional and would assist via Google maps to acertain the size of my property and would be able to quote on the number of boxes needed. Still waiting.
I then found Hubert and hoped for the best. Made the appointment for today. Hubert was on time, in fact earlier than the time scheduled.
He arrived with the boxes prepared and ready to do what was required. Explained how the boxes work and where to place them. Hubert was very informative and made sure I understood everything. His charge was well within my budget as well. Will recommend his service anytime.
My experience to Hubert today – he is very rude in talking to a woman. It is not acceptable.
He treated my place in 2nd week of September 2022, about 15 months termite back again. Once you ask for the warranty the rudeness comes.
He guarantee a 5 years warranty. Excuses comes… Just watch out….

If you are a small business, don’t waste your time with Normans Pest Control. I am an existing client but am so frustrated with them. When calling, you are met with a message service. Leave your details and nobody gets back to you. When you eventually get to speak to someone, you are left with an empty promise of someone getting back to you. I have been trying for six months to have someone come out to see me. There is no service to speak of. Please don’t fall into the same trap as I have. Look for a reliable Pest Control Service.
I have used Pest Control West Rand for a good few years now and they never disappoint. My biggest ‘win’ factor is that they use eco-friendly sprays. It is safe for pets, birds, lizards and the likes. I always find the treatment effective and long lasting. The staff are always friendly and work efficiently. Thank you 🙂
In terms of the company and service from staff we would rate you a 10 but we scored you a four as the products you use is not effective. We often have to call you back between treatments. This did not happen when you first started so we not sure if the product is effective enough

We have had bad cockroach infestation for years an have used different companies for fumigation and all proved to be waste of money until we met Collen. He is punctual, friendly and so patient, I have 2 toddlers as you can imagine getting out of the house is a mission, he was very patient with us and even helped me look for car keys that the little ones had misplaced. Its been 3 months since the fumigation and no trace of cockroaches. I am super happy with his service and would definitely recommend.
I am very happy with their service and professionalism. My family and I have been struggling with rats climbing on to the house roof and marking our yard as their territory for as long as we can remember. We called Clearcoll Pest control and they did what they do best and today our living space is peaceful and rat free. Thank you so much to this company
They charge alot of money to get rid of the rats and they basically did nothing to fix it. You leave a review telling them about the problem and then they reply saying we weren’t a real customer and we are just competitive????? They just steal your money and you get nothing in return so don’t use them because you won’t get anything for your money

I had an ant problem and contacted Advanced Integrated Pest Management. Due to rain after treatment, the ants re-appeared and Chad came to my home about 3 times. I am yet to see in the coming weeks whether I kissed them finally good bye, but one thing is certain, this company is trustworthy in all sense of the word. Whenever I informed them that some of the ants re-appeared, they immediately responded and re-treated the problem. Chad, you are so friendly and explained all the different treatments to me. I contacted AIPM for a cockroach problem. They arrived on time for the arranged appointment, sprayed and did their thing very professionally. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
My problem wad solved and they gave me a 3 month guarantee.

Got these guys in a to sort out some Carpenter Bees at our complex which was causing damages to the roof trusses. They made quick job of the treatment and haven’t seen the bees since. They are very knowledgeable in their field of service. Whilst on-premise they also advised on treatments for ants and some local colonies of Termites moving in! Would definitely recommend them above the competition!
